Need some advice

So I’ve been doing my PE workouts for about a month now and I haven’t seen any gains whatsoever except for maybe stronger erections. I haven’t gained any length or girth. Now, I don’t do my PE workouts for very long because of my living situation but Iv been doing them 5 days on 2 days off in the shower for about 30 min total each time. I do my warm up with the hot shower water, then do some stretching, jelqing, squeezes, etc.. I’m adding new and different techniques all the time. I’m working my way up every time on the quantity of everything everyday too. What am I doing wrong and/or what can I do to improve.

I would suggest sticking to the newbie routine and not trying to “up” it quickly. No need to condition your dick against easy gains. Only change the routine when it stops working for a a month or more. Remember, it’s a marathon, not a race, and gains will come if you’re consistent. Also remember that the first gains to really come are stronger erections. That’s a good sign your dick is circulating better, which in turn means gains are on the way. :)

Alright that makes sense. Should I stop my workout for a week or two to start over or just go right into the newbie routine?

Honestly, in my opinion, if you’re experencing positive PI’s ( stronger erections) I’d take a day or two then jump right into it. I started off overworkiong it a little, with no negative PI’s and took one day and then into the newbie and I feel great!!

Alright the only thing is that I’m up to 170 jelqs now per session. So would you still recommend taking a few days off and then starting with 20 or 30 jelqs?

Take 1 or 2 days off, then switch to a 3 on/1 off and see how it goes. If PI’s are increasing, go on that way.

Hey, jn, what’s your hurry? This isn’t a race.

I saw no permanent gain until 5 - 6 mos into PE. Lots of guys here will tell you the same thing.

Develop a routine that feels right for you and stick to it. And plan on PE for The Long Haul. :)

I know. There is no rush but from what I’ve read, people have been seeing some type of gain after a month. Even if it’s just 1cm or so. I just wanted to see that the deal was. Ill take a little back and cut back a lot.

One month is too little time to judge the effectiveness of a routine. You should follow the Newbie routine for at least the first 3 months, while monitoring your PIs.

While you are getting no PIs whatsoever, or are getting positive PIs, you should gradually increase session time. Once you notice your PIs are starting to deteriorate, reduce session time back to the point where it was giving you best PIs.

When you measure gains, you should keep your routine unchanged until it stops producing gains. When the gains stop, try increasing session time some more.

You should not include any advanced exercises into your routine for the first 3 months as your unit is not yet sufficiently conditioned and you would risk injuring it (so I would suggest dropping the squeezes for now). There is also no reason to expect that advanced exercises will yield better results than basic ones, rather they are meant to be used if and when basic exercises no longer produce gains.
