Need Some Advice on P.E Supplements.

Hello, I am obviously new here, let me explain my current situation.

I have an average penis, 7in x 4.5in, I want more than that obviously and that is why I invested in a Quick Extender Pro and Bathmate.

After this, I also purchased the eBook, PE Bible, after reading the content, I cannot say I was very satisfied with the advice given because I was told to take certain supplements which I have never heard of before, my main concern is that one of the supplements is specifically for women and I am afraid to take it.

The 2 main supplements I am worried about are -

- Evening Primrose Oil - Which is supposed to be for PGE-1
- Ltyrosine - Which is supposed to be for DHT

I have been also doing small amounts of manual exercises and it has somewhat been working but I have not really remained consistent with it.

I really want to purchase these supplements but I am really scared to do so, does anyone have experience taking these supplements, can I trust that they will work?

Another main concern is that I have been reading on these forums and I have been reading about individuals injecting the PGE-1 directly into their penis and this is a very scary thought for me, is this absolutely necessary or can I just take the evening primrose oil to get my fix of PGE-1 and what kind of effects can I expect with the primrose oil.

I am literally begging for help because I am very unsatisfied with the size of my penis and I want to get starting changing this thing as soon as possible and I believe that these supplements would help tremendously but I need a second opinion, if anyone here has experience with those items listed, particularly the Evening Primrose Oil and the Ltyrosine, please let me know ASAP as these are the 2 main things necessary for penis growth according to the book.

First, get it cemented into your head that 7 inches is an extremely large penis. Let that soak in for a moment……….

Second, injecting things in your penis? Don’t do that. You don’t need supplements or expensive equipment to reap the benefits of PE. All you need to do is take your desire for a larger penis, throw in a healthy respect for injury and start with the Newbie Routine.

Finally, learning to be happy with yourself is the first step toward PE success. Reading this post will help. Penis health is more important than penis size. What good is a big penis if it doesn’t work so keep this in mind when following your routine.

Hey man I had a penis near your size starting out so relax, your actually on the high end of average

Now never, not even once have I ever heard from a source I trust, that supplements work…. that being said most of the exercises do work.

the fundamental thing to get into your head about this whole thing is ( and this really is it), that this is a marathon not a sprint.

If you want to gain size you will have to put in the hours on your exercises, and do it progressively and in as a scientific way as possible. The results will come if you stick with it. Best advice I can give to this or bodybuilding is a way that you enjoy doing it then you will do it all the time :)

Thanks for the feedback, I really appreciate it, I suppose that I have already convinced myself that I need something more, so I do not want to back down now, especially since I want girth more than anything else.

The products I’ve listed above were recommended by a book a brought though, I firmly believe that if I use those supplements together with manual exercises and my bathmate and quick extender pro, I would see excellent results and I really want to try it but my biggest fear is the “Evening Primrose Oil”, it is a supplement for women and I’m afraid of the side effects I will see if I start taking such a supplement.

As for the injection part, I’ve seen the posts of the injections on this very forum, it is a thread called “Chemical PE” and from what I understand, individuals would inject the PGE-1 directly into their penis and this PGE-1 is the breakdown of the “Evening Primrose Oil” spoken about earlier, I really want to try these items, If you guys have any information about them, please let me know because I’ve kind of already made up my mind to do this, it’s just that I want a second opinion from first hand experience but don’t get me wrong, I appreciate your advice.

If you “firmly believe” those supplements will help, why did you ask for the opinions of guys,( some of whom have made substantial gains through sensible PE) who might tell you otherwise? It sounds as though you’ve already made up your mind that the book you bought is more valid than our experience or opinion, so why bother to ask?

Perhaps he is seeking validation. Unfortunately, I cannot offer my support to OP’s intentions. As stated, I’m a proponent of simple manual PE.

As the other individual said, yes I am seeking validation and advice, I am not ignorant of another persons advice but when you really want something badly, you kind of make up your mind about it and go for it no matter what it takes, I am just worried about that one item mainly, the “Evening Primrose Oil” is all, anyone with advice on this, please let me know if this is safe to take as a male, thank you.

Man you really sound like your trying to sell stuff or something, supplements are not needed that is for sure 100%. Like you literally don’t need supplements to gain size, even if they worked (which they don’t, I never ever ever ever ever ever seen any post where they worked).

I did cell signalling in university, and PGE-1 and its effects are and varied and not worth taking as you and everyone else has no idea if it will help growth.

The chemical PE ended up not working at all, if you read it all you would see. I think there is a warning on the whole thing that one of the guys was injured and that it doesn’t work. Just get as many erections as you can during the day to get the same effect. Keep your penis remembering its new size.

Here you want girth try this, its just a re-post of what I said on another thread but it should help.

I was inspired by a User on here and I can’t remember his thread or name (would love to find him) but it helped shape a girth routine for me.. I will go back to it after my current stint with the hanger. Also I intend to make a thread detailing all of my PE experience but it will be some other day. So excuse if it seems lacking in details

He basically talked about how he was doing just clamping at a month at a time.. and how he would build up over the course of a month and then take maybe a week off (maybe less) and then go again. He claimed he was getting not only girth but some length too which makes sense to me as you increase total volume.. it could happen.

So my routine was an extension of that, I used pumping and clamping together and they really really complement each other. using 10 minute sets for 30min session and mixing it up the order pump, pump, clamp. or clamp, clamp, pump. some times just all clamp or pump for the whole session also clamping with my hand if I was ever watchng porn or getting an erection to keep the memory there. But over the course of the month you can build things up, maybe have a 4 ten minute sets or even 5. you can also increase the intensity of the exercise, but mainly the clamp…like almost secound clamping with your hand, or doing this but releasing and grabbing it again further up the shaft so you almost jelq it as you are clamping…(warning know you limitations if you try this) Also sometimes I would clamp with my hand (maybe you need good grip strength) and really playing around with pressures making the exercise dynamic. Something to note, as I couldn’t get the cable clamps people have in America her in Ireland I use a kind of broad shoe lace, and a thin sock for the pad. (I would have got cable clamps if it was an option).

Maybe this helps, or not but worth mentioning. Also the more erections you can get during the day the better…. oh and anther thing, when you clamp with the hand sometimes to increase intensity even more you can kegal blood in just before clamping down.

Well hopefully that can help anyone doing pumping or clamping in some small way or work at it from another angle
