Hey guys. I need some advice about Kegels. The issue here is that I always try to perform it during my day at any time. But I’m not able to tension it enough because I live with a sensation like I have to crap in ass.

Sometimes after I take a crap at bathroom, I feel my ass lighter and I can do it for a while. After a couple of hours again I don’t feel well at that area. So I don’t think that I’m able to do intense kegels. And it’s not the time I did it.

Because it should be strong enough to feel the difference. I already started the Kegels three months ago, but with this issue.

Any advice? Anyone could help me get over this annoying situation?

Any useful comment is welcome. Appreciate it.

Muscles should be trained fully focused.
A big part of muscle training is not only the muscle activation in its place but the BRAIN-Muscle connection.(Central nervous system)
Which means you noticing fully aware what muscle you train and engage so you can use within the context where it matters.

Training them in different contexts then using your penis is not optimal.(like in the car or waiting in the post office)

Its like a bodybuilder starting to use heavy machinery on a construction site.
He has huge muscles but only trained them in connection with iron weights while the construction worker with smaller muscles has the brain-muscle connection in the context: machine. I bet the construction worker will move the machine more efficient.

Kegel training as any other training, except passive work like extending, should be done fully focused on it.

Many people who did thousands of kegels still lack the brain-body connection and thus dont know what they are really engaging.
I can distinct between back part and front part of single muscles in the pelvic floor. I can engage left and right IC muscle seperately. All through focused work. At first visualization helps the brain to differentiate the muscles.

Thats why I say doing Kegels during the day while doing other stuff(even if it is watching TV) is more or less useles.

Here is what you can do OP:
-Fully focus on what you do(training pelvic floor muscles/”kegels”). No distraction.
-First look at anatomical pictures of Bulbospongiosus muscle and Ischiocavernous muscle.
-Visualize where they are. Focus towards your penis and not towards your back/a-hole.

-Get an errection and push it down towards the floor with your hand. Kegel against that resistance. Try different positions(sitting, standing, squatting, lied down)
-Pull your flaccid dick and try to kegel against the pull.
-Do short contractions and longer holds.

-Get an errection and push it to the sides(legs). Then try to move your dick with your muscles back to the middle. Same flaccid.
-Notice differences between postions and beeing erect-flaccid.

There are many more focused training possibilities like kegel in the pump or extender..

Thanks for detailing it, my question is: do you use your method? If so, have you noticed differences between you and the other guys here? I mean differences at the EQ, gains and stuff?

Sure. I think I messed up my pelvic floor balance doing kegels unfocused and unbalanced.

Now I have great EQ and can control my muscles down there to increase errection or slow down excitement.. Cant of course not compare with others…how?.
Kegels have iindirect relation to gains. Hard to say what it did and what not.
