Okay, I’ve tried PE’ing off and on for the last 2 yrs. The “off” periods are due to the fact that I haven’t made a single gain in length or girth and became frustrated and quit. After some recent thoughts about numerous “small dick” comments from former GF’s, now working with a real “size queen” coworker (no connection in any way, she is just constantly talking about the big ones she prefers), and the fact that my wife needs way more than I’ve got, I’ve decided to give it another try.
I lead an extremely busy life, and my wife constantly reminds me how “stupid” PE is and how I will injure myself, but I’m a bit more determined this time. I’ve been following the Newbie Routine for 3 months, working up to 200 jelqs along with the stretches, again not a single millimiter of gains! I generally follow the routine for 4-5 days out of the week. I have a Kaplan pump (not currently using) and am considering an ADS type device, maybe an Autoextender?
Should I slowly keep increasing the volume of the routine? Is progression that simple? Sorry to sound whiney, but I’ve become quite frustrated with this but am determined to continue and hoped you guys could provide some advice. Thanks in advance.

Yes, as time goes by you should be increasing the volume of the routine. If your not experiencing any gains, why not try more advanced exercises ?

Your stats are nothing to worry about. It is above average !! If a woman says “That is small” they must be very loose = /


Past: 5-5.5" BPEL x 4.5" GIRTH

Present: 7.55" BPEL x 5.55" GIRTH (1 year progress)

Future: 8-9" BPEL x 6" GIRTH

I don’t think you’re small if it means anything coming from a random stranger. I wish I had your girth.

Try increasing the intensity of the session. Do the jelqs tighter and harder and view the videos available on the site. Also Kingpole advised to jelq slooooow. Good advice :) make the jelq last up to 10 seconds and make it rather intense. Remember that you need to TEAR the tissue inside to get gains. Try Uli#3 for girth. Girth will make your woman happy.

Until then try fisting or big toys.. At least she’ll be satisfied and don’t worry about bringing it up, women like pleasure and never turn it down. I’m 6x5 and had one size queen, and it done the trick. She speaks fondly of our sex :D

Firstly, you are a little above average or damn near at it. Definitely not on the small side.

Secondly, sorry to hear about your difficult gainer status.

Thirdly, here are my suggestions:

1.) Make sure that you warm that sucker up GOOD. And by GOOD, I mean get it HOT. That means your dick, your “inner dick” and your whole pubic region.

2.) Make sure that your stretching routine is dynamic. Try really getting into your stretching routine before you even get to jelqing and do your stretching in the shower so that you can direct hot water right onto the focus of the stretch. Try doing some fulcrum stretches. Make up your own. Experiment. Manual stretching under heat is, to my way of PE’ing, a god-send.

3.) Rather than upping the ante, consider that you may be overtraining for your particular physiology. Try decreasing intensity, listening to your body more, and increasing the actual time of each motion (jelq or stretch). I think overtraining might be one of the ghosts in the machine where hard gainers are concerned.

4.) Try to focus on mentally relaxing while you do your workout….feeeeel the stretch

5.) Make warming DOWN every bit as important as warming up.

6.) And finally, once you’ve finished your workout and are all heated up again, try putting on some Monte’s PE weights or some golf swing weights which you’ve heated up in HOT water onto your dick as an ADS. Heated ADS after workouts is, for my nickel, an absolute imperative for effective gaining in PE.

What you cite is not the Newbie Penis Enlargement Routine. According to the newbie routine, you would be doing two days on, one day off and after three months, you would be up to thirty minutes of jelqing (six hundred 3-second strokes).

I wouldn’t start with the pump or the autoextender until you’ve completed the newbie routine as it is described.

Your current stats are not small at all. There are members who have had your current measurements as their goal.
