Need new routine

I am pretty experienced at this and I have done the newbie routine, as well as some clamping. I need a new routine to kind of mix things up. I am looking for something specific that I can follow religiously while still being able to work full time and socialize. I know most people are going to say something like “do whatever works for you” but if anyone has a good solid specific intermediate routine for me that would be awesome. Thanks!

Do whatever you’re doing but do more of it and do it harder for another 2 months.

Expand on what you have been doing and listen to your penis. It tells you what is working and what is not.

Okay right now I am doing about 20 minutes of jelqing at a time, manual stretches for about 10 minutes, and clamping 10 minutes X 3. I will do stretching and jelqing two days in a row, clamping the next day, and then rest the next and repeat. I have not really seen much gain but am still committed. I have been at this for about a year. Any tips on routine?

Is there any way I can reach my goal of gaining an inch and change in length and a comparable gain in girth my just doing jelqing, manual stretching, and clamping?

So pretty much what I am doing nowadays is two days of 20 mins of jelqing and 10 mins of manual stretching followed by a day of 3 x 10 minute clamping sessions, followed by a day off. Do you guys think this is a potentially effective routine? How could or should this be improved?
