Hi I am Indian. After reading lot of in thundersplace ,I started newbei routine of jelqing

And various types of stretching. My starting nbpel was 4.8 and girth was 5 inch.

After 3 month of pe now my nbpel is 4.8 and mseg 5.5.

I need length now . What to do.

Is there any belong to india / bharat

What is your routine specifically? There are lots of stages of the newbie routine. What have you done and what are you doing now?

10 rip of stretch for every position? it’s too much ihmo. maybe your penis is fatiguee. Try the newbie routine, it’s easy and it’s works.

First thing, you are blessed for girth gains, so call you lucky for that. :)

For a while you can cut down on jelqing and focus on manual stretching : add fulcrum stretches - ‘A’ and ‘V’ stretches and so. Stay on this regimen for three months and see what it gives. If it isn’t going to work, you can switch to hanging or using an extender.

You should be measuring BPEL for tracking gains. NBPEL is unreliable. You may have already produced gains but not been able to tell due to your measuring method.

Are you doing 10 repetitions of each stretch direction? If so, that is quite a bit so I cannot recommend more there. I do think that you could stretch more often if you monitor your fatigue level. I think stretching Monday through Friday and taking the weekend off is a reasonable place to start.

Do a 20 second “piss-pull” after urinating to keep it from turtling throughout the day.

I would add : track your BPFSL also. It is the most reliable of measurements, for length.

But I am of the view that growth must be seen through eyes and you know

Nbpel is the visible length and also working length.

If there is any growth taking place in bpel than it is bound to come in nbpel .
