Need Length gains, Not Girth

Ok TP community, been reading these forums for over a year now, but this is my first post. I need some expert advice here. I’ve made some good girth gains over the past year, but the same can’t be said for lengthing my unit. My wife is aware of my PE journey, but after a recent escapade she complained about my girth, saying “it’s getting uncomfortable” When I asked about the length, she said “You should focus there.” So my question is.what’s the best way to “focus” on length gains, while minimizing girth gains?

Starting stats 1/4/18:
BPEL -5 7/8 in
MSEG - 5 3/8
Current stats 1/11/19
BPEL - 6 1/4
MSEG - 6 1/2

Routine:
I started an every other day routine on Jan 4th, 2018 and have stuck with it (about 90% of the time) this past year. Days (M,W,F,Sun)
Morning Shower
* 5-10 min heat pad
* 5-10 min “Manual stretches using aquaphor”
* 20 min hydromax X-30 Bathmate “with c-ring” max pressure (currently reaching 6 1/2”)
* Wear c-ring for 4 hrs after pump (to retain volume)
Night
* 5 - 10 heat pad
* 2-3 hr Max Extender

What kind of cock ring do you use? Silicone? Steel? What shape?

I’ve seen a lot of cock ring use and it intrigues me what others do.

Also…pump plus cock ring is ONLY girth. Look into jelqing, extending and hanging. The pump will have to go if you don’t want more girth.

My Extender and forward to 10" and balls enhancement project. There is no "Holy Grail" of Penis Enlargement. Only time and effort works. I'm *10* years in and counting. All you have to do is put the work in and keep the faith.

Hi TG, thanks for the quick reply. I use a silicone c-ring that’s around 5 1/2”, it’s round.

From your comments, it sounds like I’ll need to hang up the c-ring and pump for a while.
If you had to choose between jelqing or ADS, which would you say is more effective?

I will not choose. As it varies widely between guys. I cannot choose for you.

Also an All Day Stretcher and Extender are not the same thing. All Day Stretcher devices are usually a supplement to a routine and very light force. Extenders are usually a good stand alone device and medium force.

I recommend an extender. Not an ADS As those don’t usually show gains alone.

Hi Envirowebs, so from your stats I understand that you gained over one inch in girth in just one year… that’s really impressive. Are your gains cemented or only temporary? How does cockring work?

I would recommend penis hanging.

Other guys have a lot more experience than I do with this, but when I look at your routine, the first thing that comes to mind is increasing the time you spend doing manual stretches. There are lots of different types of manual stretches and routines to do. Good luck!
