Need info about Jelqing

Need info about Jelqing

Before I focus on length I want to get to 5” girth first.I’m almost 4.5 I think,I will measure later on to see and almost 6 non bone press.Can I jelq to reach 5” girth because I’m on the skinny side.Give me a route to reach this goal and how many times a day.ps I been jelqing off a on for couple of month so yes I’m a newbie still.

Just doing jelqqing will tend to give you more length than girth improvement.

Why not do the complete Newbie routine as that should help you with girth.

Later, more advance exercises can target the girth aims

Jelqing generally gives you both length and girth, just as stretching will give you both length and girth - though stretching definitely favors length.

With jelqing, generally it depends on the erection level that the jelqing is done at, actually. The range it should be done is between 50% and 90% percent. Personally, I view the ‘sweet spot’ at 60% - however this is just my preference.

I seem to recall the general consensus being: if you jelq with a harder erection (toward the 90% spectrum) your gains will more favor girth, and toward the lower spectrum spectrum of erection your gains will more favor length.

I don’t know that this has been definitively proven, but I do remember a general agreement that this was how it most likely broke down.

Okay, Soon2bee7x6, forget everything I just said.

I would strongly suggest that you not worry about ‘targeting’ girth or length right now.

I would concentrate more on really figuring out how to do your routine as a whole. In time you’ll figure out what works for you. At first just see if you can sustain the habit of PEing regularly and doing so without injury. As time goes on, and you become conditioned to the exercise you’ll see that you can gradually add more force. First figure out what it’s all about, though.

Here are some thoughts I’ll share:

The warm-up: some folks recommend using heat throughout the routine. I think this isn’t a bad practice: taking steps to ensure proper warm-up and sustaining it throughout the routine.

Figure out stretching. It’s not unlike stretching for a sports activity; you want to stretch and hold in a position that is just past comfortable, but well short of hurting in any way. Hold for 20 or 30 seconds and “breathe into the stretch” as they say. Stretch an equal amount of time in all the major directions: up, down, left, right, and straight out. Some like to add a rotating stretch. Each time you rotate left, do an equal rotation right.

Jelqing should be done with a moderate erection level. A decent semi. You don’t want to choke the life out of it, you want to give it firm and steady pressure. Slow 3 second jelqs from the base to the glans. You should feel the pressure changes clearly, but not painfully.

Kegels are done non-erect: squeeze five seconds, hold five seconds, release five seconds = 1. Do 50.

These can be done at anytime. In a car, watching a boring movie or TV show, in class… Wherever. No one’s going to know. :leftie:

One thing that many people find helpful is to keep a progress log, and note down their experiences or observations. This does two good things: it motivates you make a schedule and keep it, and it allows you to monitor your activities. Over time you will clearly see what works and what does work for you and will be able to adapt your routine.

I was saying focus on learning to do the exercises properly and consistently.
