Need ideas

Hey guys,

I have been doing PE since September, without any noticeable changes. My routine is as follows

8 minute warm up

10 minute manual stretches

10 minutes jelq

8 minute cooldown

I have been doing this 3-5 days per week. I was wondering if I should change something up, been reading the penis pump forum and thought that might be something to add to my routine. What do you guys think? If its a good idea, can you give me any recommendations for what product etc.. To be looking at. I have read the 101 on pumps so I know what size cylinder would be good for me but other than that, I don’t know much about pumps

Many vets are going to tell you to do the newbie routine until you plateau, or around 90 days, then move to the linear routine.

Then there is a split in ideology. Some will say, add in more manuals from the “Tutorials” link on the main page depending on your goals for length or girth.

Others will say devices work wonders.

But nearly everyone will tell you that everyone is different and you have to find what you respond to, and that you only have one penis. So, make sure you do your research and don’t injure yourself.

I always recommend finding and reading the story about the guy who had his dick removed due to banding.

Good luck.

Start 9/25/19 - 6 3/4" BPEL -> 11/20/19 - 7" BPEL -> 9/1/20 - 7 1/4" BPEL -> trying to hit anything over 8" BPEL (only updating every 1/4" it's slow but it's working)

- You only have one dick. Don't break it.

- Give her an orgasm before you stick your prick in her.

Just my opinion and many others here are way more knowledgeable then I am (so take their advice over mine).

First, you did everything right for starting out, good job.

Question one: how is your EQ?
This is a very important question because it is your body’s way of letting you know if you are overtraining.

Like you, I was a slow starter. I logged ~500 hours in an extender with zero results.
I just needed something to start, then I knew I would be all set. But how to get it started?
For me, it took a forced break of 10 days with no PE. When I came back, I had six great weeks with results then was able to alter my routine to keep results coming.

Back to you, if your EQ is good then you have to alter something to allow the body to generate growth. This may be adding a couple of grams of arginine (for a NO kick to your system) to your diet. It may be adding some weight lifting (increases growth horemones) to allow the chemicals to be more abundant in your blood to generate growth.
Those would be my first two recommendations. The third would be adding a Bathmate a couple days a week.

It all starts with EQ, this is how your body gives you feedback so you can make the correct adjustments to see results.

Good luck and don’t get discouraged, it will happen.

Thanks for the feedback Mike,
What is EQ, don’t see that in the glossary. I am currently on a 2 week break, figured I needed a break to recharge and reevaluate, planning on starting back up next week. I do currently lift weights 4-5 days per week so that is covered

Thank you for the reply. I was doing the newbie routine when I first started and after a 2 or 3 months posted a question and someone recommended my current routine so I have been on that for the last 3 months or so. There never was a plateau as I have not seen any gains, will look into the linear routine, am not familiar with that, thanks again

EQ is erection quality.

When you were two, three, four weeks into your routine was your erection quality the same as it is now, when taking a break and not doing any stretching or jelqing?

Also, lifting weights 4-5 days a week is hard on your system. You may need to cut that back to 3 days a week for a couple of months and see if that gets you seeing some gains.
