I am using bathmate and extender here is my routine

15 min bathmate in morning

3-4 hour extender

15 min bathmate before sleep or evening

Is this routine fine? Should ı add exercises?

No. I do PE exercises before I gain about 1.5 length and 0.7 girth but I start like at age of 16-17 it can be not because exercises

And why don’t you take back that technique that gave you gains?

basic Stretch and jelq made my gains

Because I hit the plateau it didn’t work anymore and i quit about more than half year but i am not satisfied with this gains then i start using devices.


Before pe: 5.1-5.2 bpel

Before hanging: 6.7 bpel 5 eg 4.25fl

Today : 6.9-7 bpel ,5 meg, 5.75 beg, 4.5 fl 7.25 bpsl . No Pain= Yes Gain

You are on a very good size mate. I consider it a big penis. Girth is awesome.

You can do less as G263 said.

If you like do less of everything and see how it works for you. Give it 3 months at least.

Even better do less and try mixing it up.For example one day jelqing and extender, next day, stretches and bathmate etc. Just reduce the time of the routines.

My gut says drop the extender altogether. I’ve never used them so I can’t speak from experience. Either way, my gut says drop it.

If you’re hell bent on pumping, invest in a quality setup with a gauge. Leluv is a great low cost starting point. Speaking as a former bathmate user, it’s far too easy to over do it with the bathmate. Once you’ve used a pump with a gauge for a while and get a feel for what the proper vacuum should feel like on your dick maybe try it again armed with that knowledge.

If your routine isn’t working my advice is to scrap the bulk of it and try a different approach. I’ve gained from everything I’ve done but the second I eased up the gains started pouring in.

My current routine is 15 minutes of jelqing at 80% eq with a pinch grip for 3-5 seconds a jelq. Then I edge for ten minutes. The shortest my routine has ever been and the gains are the best they’ve ever been.

You know we should have a conversation again about how less may be more. Don’t you think?

I know it has been disgussed thoroughly in the past but maybe it deserves some second or third thoughts.

I am currently working on a maintainance routine, twice a week. I think my penis feels heavier, more full if you like. I did not measure additional gains though but I can tell the difference.

You two are spot on. Thought I marathon pump the pressure never gets too high. Many approach PE like the gym. More is frequently better. In my relationship, I need to be able to get and stay erect everyday. PE should be about a rock hard erection with an eye on it growing.

With that routine I described above, I can PE 7 days a week if I desire with no effect on my eq at all. It’s the best of both worlds. I will stir up some shit here tho. I don’t use heat at all. All heat does for me is cause fluid buildup and red spots. This is me, not everyone.
