Need help

I have a 3.5” (erect) and want to know where to go from here. I know that this far below average. Any advice?

Is that BP or NBP? Do you have any hormonal or alike issues?

I think you should do what any other member is adviced to do, the newbie routine. One of the guys who had the biggest documented gains started at around your size
2-inch Growth Comparative Pictures

What’s your girth?

It is NBP, and girth is 5.5 in

Girth is nice. Are you overweight?

No I am not over weight. I weigh around 160 and am about 5’8.

Ok. I would suggest you start a progress report and begin with the newbie routine. Take accurate mesurement pics and be consistent and patient: it doesn’t happens overnight but it gets bigger for most of guys.

Thanks, will do. I will start the report with current stats and go from there. Will keep you updated.

Nice. Good luck on your gains. You’ll have all the support from members here.

Thanks I will ask if I encounter anything :) Right now I have setup an excel doc where I can input my data and it even shows a nice graph. I want to document this so I can show others my progress; every Sunday I will do a measure.

The excel sheet is a smart idea. As a personal preference, I wouldn’t measure every week though, not all erections are the same and gains don’t happen in a matter of a week. It will be a long journey, but we stand for you.

There is a huge amount of information floating around this site. Knowledge is power. I’d suggest reading alot of the post and progress reports. Good luck on gains

1/1/15 BPEL- 7", MSEG- 5"

4/4/15 BPEL-7.25" MSEG-5 3/8" (current)

Goal: NBPEL- 7.5", MSEG- 6"

Thanks everyone! :)

Definitely stick with marineras suggestion and start with the newbie routine. Good call on the progress report and the excel sheet is a nice touch. That may come in handy if you see gains during a specific period under specific exercises. I like when guys are thorough.

Good luck and keep us posted

Take it easy people tend to get very excited when they see some gains and they end up doing PE with too much intensity ,which either cause’s an injury or their penis gets used to the amount of pressure ,making it difficult to gain later on.

Started:BPEL=5.0" x MEG=4.6 .(actually I was between 4.9 and 5 so I went with 5)

Now:BPEL= 6.3 x MEG=4.8 .. :) Final goal = 7.0 BPEL x 5.2 MEG.

Go watch=There are video's on how to do the exercises here!!!!!!!!

I am with marinare, I wouldn’t measure every week. Maybe once a month. Hell I never recorded my starting gains and I measured every 2 months and when doing that, the measurement gain were apparent and what a rush it was.
