Need help
Hello everyone. I have been doing PE for 2-3 months already. I haven’t gained anything in length but, probably, 0.5-1 cm in girth. I need help with my routine. I think it’s for advanced one. My routine now is:
10 mins warm up
20 mins jelqing
5 mins V-stretching
5 mins some kind of stretching I don’t the name (you hold your penis near the base with left hand and with right hand you stretch from base to head)
10 mins warm up
Help me change the routine if it’s needed, please.
