Hello everyone. I have been doing PE for 2-3 months already. I haven’t gained anything in length but, probably, 0.5-1 cm in girth. I need help with my routine. I think it’s for advanced one. My routine now is:
10 mins warm up
20 mins jelqing
5 mins V-stretching
5 mins some kind of stretching I don’t the name (you hold your penis near the base with left hand and with right hand you stretch from base to head)
10 mins warm up

Help me change the routine if it’s needed, please.

If it’s giving gains, why you want to change it?

Yes, V-stretching and “some kind of stretching”are advanced routine stuff and probably shouldn’t be used as a newbie. Although,if you are making gains I wouldn’t change your routine. You are 2-3 months into it and most your stretching is in/on your tunica. It will probably take a little while to see length gains from that. Just my opinion.

You are getting girth gains thoe, right. Gains are gains.
If you want, try the straight stretching. 2 o’clock to 6 o’clock
There is a reason for the newbie routine.

Keep stretching, and you’re so new for an advanced routine. Stick to what your doing, and you will see gains, sooner or later.

I would really appreciate it if you tell me more about stretching (other methods) and its duration (5 mins, is it enough?).

One more question: can steroids help (testosterone enanthate, for example)?

I get the feeling steroids will be detrimental to your gains/health, versus helping you out. Why not just hit the gym and work out, as well as staying committed to PEing? I found that stretching for at least 5 minutes, if not longer, and stretching on my off days has helped me “feel” bigger - of course, after warming up and “cooling” down after.

Testosterone will not help your gains.

Add simple manual stretching - start with 3 minutes and add 1 minutes per week untill you hit 10 minutes.

Is it really detrimental? I didn’t expect that testosterone would help a lot. I thought it will help recover faster and better as it does to body muscles. Seems like I was wrong. But I need to know. It sounds a little bit weird.. Really.

I wish I could lose weight fast - I’ve been struggling on losing the weight I gained from playing Football throughout high school and university. Finally got myself on a good diet plan and a gym membership so we’ll see how it helps.
