I have a problem guys. I started PEing in January and so far things have been great. I have done the newbie routine since day 1 and increase both the length of time for the stretches and Jelqs. Since then I’ve seen a significant increase in my EQ and girth(though this maybe attributed to the increased EQ). Unfortunately I have seen no noticeable increase in length, which was supposed to be my focus. Thats one problem but a minute one. Here is the major problem:

I have never had a problem in bed with my girlfriend. I have had no problem lasting and holding out before I bust my load. However, since I started PEing, it’s as if my PC muscle has grown weaker or something. I no longer have that sort of control. Now for some reason while having sex with my girlfriend, I cum incredibly fast and not in the conventional sense. More like it just sort of comes out on it’s own a bit before I feel it coming. For a while I havent masturbated, since I have my girlfriend. However, I did the other day and the same sort of thing happened. Anyone else experience this or heard or this? If I havent been clear on whats going on, here it is simply: I start cumming before I actually feel like I’ve busted a nut. What is going on?

I would assume this to be connected to kegels as well. The way I see it, the kegel exercise isn’t as much about strengthening the muscles as it’s about learning to control them properly. Overworking them seems to cause some people to involuntarily kegel during sex - try to cut back on doing them during your routine and focus on performing them slowly and correctly (as in isolating the muscles in the pelvic floor instead of contracting your whole lower body/mid-section).

At the end of every PE workout, I do 50 kegels with 5 second holds. Not enough to wear the muscles out but I believe it stimulates them a little and, more importantly, gives me greater control (which in turn allows me to do more efficient reverse kegels as well).

@Hung21 - cumming cumming. It’s not pre-cum like a slight discharge or anything I mean literally cumming before feel like coming.

@Lordvayne - I have discovered the PC muscle and done kegels in the past and never had such a reaction. If I’m correct in assuming the PC muscle is also in charge of power and distance of the shot as well as it other functions. If that is determinant of a strong PC muscle, then I had a pretty strong PC muscle(I remember one time when my girlfriend was on top and nailed her in the ear after I pulled out).

I haven’t really been doing many kegels and for that reason I don’t see that overworking it as the cause. I’ve mainly focused on stretching and jelqing and have noticed gains. Is it possible that over-doing stretches and jelqs could produce such a reaction? Could this possibly weaken the PC muscle?
