How do I jelk if I’m not circumsized I still have the extra skin do I roll the skin down and jelk or do I jelk with the skin on?

I pull the skin right back, if you don’t you’ll probably get alot of fluid build up in your foreskin.

When jelqing I just leave the foreskin over the glans. I made great gains with it and never experienced any problems. I jelq dry which I highly recommend. Jelq at a 20-40% erection level for length and a 60-80% erection level for girth.
