Whats good peeps? I believe I have a problem. I have been PEing for about 7 months now. I began at roughly 7 inches and I am now 7.4 inches. I have basically kept the same routine 3 days on 1 day off. I warm-up for 5 minutes using two towels and hot water. First towel for three minutes then I put the second on for the remainder. I stretch for 7 minutes and do 200 jelqs then I stretch for another 5 minutes and finish with 150 jelqs. After jelqing I wrap up and chill. I smoke weed and would like to know if marijuana has the same effect on PEing that tobacco or nicotine has? I have also been using L-Arginine for some time and a variety of other amino acids and supplements. I have just recently started working out. Running, lifting and playing some basketball in an attempt to counteract my smoking habit. Any comments, suggestions etc would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

In moderation, I believe it to be good medicine. Moderation is key with any indulgence.

My comment. This does not work. The only way to counteract your smoking habit is to quit smoking. I tried that trick for years and never realizd I was kidding myself until I actually quit. Lay down the smokes man, you’ll never regret it. I know this is the last thing you wanted to hear, but it’s all I got. Peace.

I’ve actually seen a person or two claim that weed helps PE. I’ve decided just to not worry about it.

Do you think that I am taking to many supplements at the same time? I am currently taking Vitamin E, Vitamin C(powder), L-arginine, and Ultimate Men’s Peak Performance.which contains a number of amino acids etc that improve sexual functions libido in particular. I usually smoke at the end of my day when both my workouts are complete. Many times before I eat because it makes me hungrier of course.

My questions..

Eroset, did you ever see any actual proof that these guys were gaining and cheif’n at the same time?

NINE, would you suggest taking these supplements separately? The arginine and peak performance specifically.. I really didn’t want to hear that, but I kinda feel like it’s the truth. I also know that I did have some measurable gains while I was still smoking. Preciate cha keeping it ONE HUNDRED with me RTG

It was only anecdotal, if I remember correctly. I think the guy reported great gains for a while, then noticed the gains slowed down when he quit the weed for a short time. Then claimed that gains picked back up again when he started smoking again. I can’t remember if it was here or at another forum, but I do know it’s been discussed a few times here, just use that search button in the upper right.

Again, could be total and complete bullshit, I don’t know, don’t much care. I use in moderation, I enjoy it, and don’t plan on quitting, so I’ve decided to believe that it can’t hurt my gains.

meatman, the arginine sure won’t hurt, I don’t know what peak performance is. I’m kind of mixed on the whole Vitamin C usage debate.
