I have done a PE routine on and off at times and I noticed that I didn’t gain the same in the same amount of time each time. I have heard you can go 2 days PE, 1 day off. You can do 5 days then 2 days off. What is the difference in those? Also what is the best timing for stretching and jelqing? Which should come first? Should I do them both the same time of day or separate them? And I just now got a look at the newbie routine. Before I was doing about 28 30 second stretches when I gained. But is the 10 30 second stretches better to make gains starting out?

I just have a couple of miscellaneous questions and then I’m done. I’ve tried to go without ejaculating while PEing (weeks) but eventually I can’t even jelq without cumming. And then does anyone know any supplements that would actually increase gains not just sex drive?

All of your questions can be answered by using the search function. I will answer one of your questions though. Your individual results will vary and only you can find a routine that suits your needs. If 28 30-second stretches works for you, then do them. The newbie routine is a great place to start because it conditions your penis for more intense routines in the future. Good luck with your quest.

Dude, I’ve tried using the search feature first for a lot of different topics and it pretty much just brings up everything recently posted on the forum. So I haven’t been able to answer a single question with it.

If you continue PE you’ll also notice that gains slow over time. It’s a variable thing, if you get bored during a jelqing session you can spend twice as long for half the result. You’ll simply have to evaluate how well you are performing these routines and work to improve.

There’s also 3 days on / 1 day off or every other day. This covers the most common on/off days people use. The difference is often a matter of intensity, after 3 days you might need a day off or after 5 days you might require a day off. You may also find that you (temporarily) gain a little more each day and so a 5/2 system means you spend more of your time extended. What works best is for you to figure out using your gains as a guidestick. Start with say 3/1, then to 5/2 if you need to up intensity or you notice gains slowing.

The best time to stretch is when you can relax. The best time to jelq is when you can get an erection easily. That might be the morning if you are a morning person. It probably won’t be when you are very tired.

People normally stretch before jelqing but there are advocates of the alternative.

Start with everything in a single routine. As you progress you might want to separate your stretching into a separate routine. You might not.

The Newbie Routine starts gradually and increases over time. If you are already used to more stretching then go for it but think quality over quantity.

Why are you avoiding coming? If you had to avoid coming for weeks, when do you get to have sex? Seems like a no win situation to me. As long as you don’t consistently come 30 seconds into your jelqing session, there shouldn’t be a problem.

Check out the supplement forum. No supplement will increase gains (if it did we’d all be taking it) but some might increase the potential if for example you have a crap diet.

Thanks for all the info, I haven’t even read it yet. But I just started experimenting with the advanced search and I’m finding some stuff.

I have been trying to avoid ejaculating when not having sex because I already have a lot of fatigue and drowsiness from my medication. I’m also going to try to learn how to have orgasms without ejaculating which looks like it is a lot of work. I was surprised though that I couldn’t even do 100 jelqs without going over the edge after a week.

I’m not sure I could avoid ejaculation for a week.

Lol, yeah doing it without having orgasms was retarded, but I’m hoping this chi Kong stuff works then it would be no big deal.
