Need help with routine.
I have done a PE routine on and off at times and I noticed that I didn’t gain the same in the same amount of time each time. I have heard you can go 2 days PE, 1 day off. You can do 5 days then 2 days off. What is the difference in those? Also what is the best timing for stretching and jelqing? Which should come first? Should I do them both the same time of day or separate them? And I just now got a look at the newbie routine. Before I was doing about 28 30 second stretches when I gained. But is the 10 30 second stretches better to make gains starting out?
I just have a couple of miscellaneous questions and then I’m done. I’ve tried to go without ejaculating while PEing (weeks) but eventually I can’t even jelq without cumming. And then does anyone know any supplements that would actually increase gains not just sex drive?
