Need help with my routine
Okay so I’m new to all this but for the past 2 weeks I have been doing the newbie routine except I don’t stretch I only do jelqs and kegels. I recently bought a stretching device called x4labs and would like to start using that. Would like to know if using the device for a hour then doing the newbie routine jelqs and kegels is a good place to start or is a hour stretch on the device to much for someone only doing jelqs and kegels for 2 weeks? The routine would be two days on 1 day off just like the newbie routine only difference is I’m doing the device for a hour instead of manual stretching. Also if someone can give me tips on best ways keep discoloration at bay and things to stay away from that cause discoloration. I would really like a routine that keeps discoloration to a minimum or non at all. I’m excited to get started after reading a lot on this site for the past 3 months decided to give it a try.
