Need help with my routine.

I’ve been doing faithfully a simple routine for about three months, manual stretches for 30 seconds, V-stretch for 30 seconds, and lately 400-500 jelqs. I’m wanting to add some girth exercises, but I only know Jelq Squeezes, and I’m not going to try clamping for a long while. Anyone have any advice?

I’m new too, but I read that just jelqing with a high level erection works girth too.. But I’m not 100% sure.

How much time is dedicated to stretching in your routine?

You already are doing enough girth work with jelq, stick with it for another two months.

After that you could try pumping, in example.
