I started pumping in July 08 since than I’ve gained about an inch. I went from 5.25” BPEL to 6.25” BPEL and my girth went from 5”EG to 5.3”EG , my last measurement was in November of 08 since than I have not gained anything at all and I am at my wits end here. My ultimate goal is to have an 8” by 6.5” cock! However I would be happy with 7.5” El x 6” EG cock!

What should I do? I am mainly a Pumper but I wanted to add hanging 5 times a week for 1 to 2 hours a day, do you guys think this is a wise choice?

Hanging is a good path to take IMO. I assume you have been PE’ing for a long while so you should be well conditioned for hanging. I have been hanging for almost 10 months and have made good gains (actually nearly all of my gains came from hanging). Just spend a lot of time in the hanging section to get acquainted with everything before you try it.

Just be realistic, you want to gain 3” length and 1.5” girth, that is a big ask.

Possible, well in my view yes, but probably we are talking in a time scale of 3+ years of solid PE.

To get that sort of gain I’d say you will probably have to try all methods, manual, pumping, clamping and hanging.

I wouldn’t say you have a length problem at all. Those are some damn good gains. I have to agree, 3” length and 1.5” girth is a huge ask.

Besides pumping, what was/is your routine? What kind of stuff have you tried so far?

I use an ADS and jelq. I’ve only been peing for 4 months, but have gained each month. A 1/4” the first month an 1/8” the next 2 months and a 1/16” so far this month. So maybe something like that would work for you and get you going again. Personally I believe jelqing is a must whatever routine you’re doing.

Pumping and hanging don’t go well together, because are two high intensity technique (even if you are pumping at low pressure.). Swith to hanging or to a jelq+stretch routine, if you want to focus on length.

My advice to you is to do the newbie routine.

Starting stats:- Dec11th2008 7.2"bpelx6" meg.Mar23rd09 8.375"bpel x 6.125"meg. Mar10 8.4" bpelx6.125" meg.

Goal: 8"nbpel x 7" A one eyed monster by any standard :)


Thanks guys for the advice. My routine consists of pumping for 3 or 4 sets of 10 minutes each set and I jelq in between each set for 30 reps.
Sometimes I will do 4 x 15 minutes sets and I usually do 5 to 6 Hg. By the way I know that a 3 inch gain is a little on the extreme side however I will be happy growing just another 1” to 1.5” inches more. Hey 7” or 7.5” cock is a pretty good sized cock.
