Need help with Girth

New here. There is a lot of information here and its kind of overwhelming lol. I’m looking for a girth guide or something similar. I feel like everything I’ve seen is for length. My stats are 6x4.8. I want more length as well but more so girth. I have a bathmate and just ordered a pump with a gauge to monitor pressure. If someone can provide point me in the right direction for girth gains that would be awesome. Thanks everyone.

I’m new here as well and before I even started I read everything I could from devices to nutrition to exercises, to routines. To me I decided to go with a beginner routine and go until the gains stall which appears to be about 4 months for most. After that I will attempt a more advanced routine and maximize the results. After that I’ll incorporate devices routine length and days on and off, etc.

For girth I’ve read that the best exercises include the Slinky, 440horse squeezes, clamping, and pumping. I would continue on a beginner routine for a few more months before incorporating these more advanced exercises with exception of pumping. Pumping is ok but I’ve read you only receive good flaccid gains but the erection remains the same. For clamping go to the big girtha thread and type in 440 horse and there is a great thread on that as well.

Now, please listen to me. It is very important to condition your penis before anything else.

I suggest both of you start with the linear newbie routine, finish it, rest for a week and then do the newbie routine, finish it and rest for another week.

This will give you some gains. After that with a conditioned penis we can talk about girth or anything else. Do not start pymping or clamping or anything else at first. They are all advanced exercises. Better safe and late than sorry. Be patient. Do this the right way.
