Hi, I tried to post a thread before this and I didn’t see it up.so if for some reason it comes up, I apologize for double posting.

So, I am finally happy with my length, a solid 8 inches. But I really want to increase my girth to 5.75 - 6.00 inches. For the past month or two, I’ve been focusing on jelqing and I think they are called horse440s. Long story short I only have been doing PE to increase my girth. Would just like to hear from some of you guys who have had girth gains. Tips, any specific exercises you find worked really well, how quickly (or slowly) the gains come. I have a lot of patience and am not trying to rush it in anyway. I just would like to know if what I’m doing is fit for what my goal is.

Any and all info is much appreciated!

Maybe it’s time to give pumping a try. If you already tried or you can’t spend money on a pump, clamping could be the alternative. But be very cautious at first.

From what I’ve read clamping can be very effective. In fact I have been clamping for two weeks now and seen an improvement. It can be very dangerous if not done with care tough.


CURRENT---> NBPEL:7.5in EG:6in

GOAL------> NBPEL:8.25 EG:6.5

what has helped me out.. dry jelqs. with slow super hard pressures.. 80-90% erect, Kegel (hold the kegel) ok grip.. tight put pressure top and bottem.. (makes the blood really get trapped) still hold the kegel, start a new kegel with a new jelq. and every 10 jelqs, I jelq up and stop 5 cm before the glans then add the other hand and ok grip to pressure it some more.. you can also do this lower on the shaft

I have been clamping for a good year or more now, that gave me some improvement. How much are pumps and where could I purchase one? Besides the internet. (I don’t have a checking account or credit card) Thanks for the input on those routines, I’m about to hop in the bath and give my cock a nice workout!

So I just finished my PE for the day. Figured out a nice way to get mid shaft reeeeal plump. I don’t know if anyone has already established this anywhere.. But here it goes.get rock hard.get an ok grip around the base as hard as you can. Make sure ur guy is lubed up real good. Then do a reverse jelq.. VERY SLOWLY.I’ve been jelqing for a long time and found I could just barely make it down past my head. So jelq downward with ur other hand , again with an ok grip, so the blood get forced into the shaft, hold it for a second.release top hand.then release bottem hand and kegel more blood in to get it rock hard again.and repeat. Seems to work very well.ill report any noticeable gains on here in the next month

Pumping, clamping, dry jelqing in combination. Be very cautious and patient. If you want girth, pump in combination with your other stuff. I’ll say it again, pump.
