Need Help w Routine

OK I’ve been doing PE for 2 months now and am already impressed with my length and girth gains but there’s one thing that bothers me with my routine (still doing newbie routine.) I start off with warm up and stretch, but I often have to take breaks in my stretching because I become aroused pulling on my dick lol. If I masturbate before hand, my stretching is much easier, but when it comes time to jelq it’s harder to maintain my erection for that long. Would it be a problem if I reversed the order of my Newbie Routine?: 5 min. Warmup, jelq, (quick masturbation), stretch, warmup, then kegels. I figure this would optimize my routine but I’m not sure if theres a reason for stretching BEFORE I jelq. Any advice is greatly appreciated!


Start (3/2/08): BPFSL-7 in. BPEL-7.5 in. FG-4.5 in. EG-5.5 in.

(7/2/08): BPFSL-8.5 in. BPEL-8.1 in. FG-5 in. EG-5.75 in.

Goal: BPFSL-9 in. BPEL-9 in. FG-5.5 in. EG-6.5 in.

Also when should I switch routines? I think I’m still gaining off this one

Do whatever feels better for you, order of exercise makes no difference. You could also do jelqs in the morning and stretches in the evening.

When the one you are doing no longer gives you gains. As long as you are gaining, continue with what you are doing.

Goes back to the old saying if it ain’t broke don’t fix it.
