Need help to continue my gains

Hey everyone:)

I have been in PE for quite a while. Like 4-5 months. I have been doing newbie routine and a lot of different exercises, but always sticked to a program.. I have gained at least 1cm in length and 0,5 in girth. My interest is actually only in length..

But now I seem to be stuck.. I do 5 min warmup, followed by AI stretches and A-stretch. After that I do 150-300 jelqs SD at low erection level. At last , I do a warmdown followed by intense kegels, combined.

But I haven’t seen any gains for quite some time, and don’t know what to do.

Hope you guys can help me with some further exercises or new program?


For starters, rotate your exercises. Jelq first and then stretch.

The penis, like every muscle, can become accustomed to the exercises that you do. That is why it is good to switch routines every now and then.
