Need help to continue my gains
I have been in PE for quite a while. Like 4-5 months. I have been doing newbie routine and a lot of different exercises, but always sticked to a program.. I have gained at least 1cm in length and 0,5 in girth. My interest is actually only in length..
But now I seem to be stuck.. I do 5 min warmup, followed by AI stretches and A-stretch. After that I do 150-300 jelqs SD at low erection level. At last , I do a warmdown followed by intense kegels, combined.
But I haven’t seen any gains for quite some time, and don’t know what to do.
Hope you guys can help me with some further exercises or new program?
