Need help stretching

Hey all growers, just for the record, clamping is going great so far. I just thought I would throw that in. I am in love with clamping haha. Oh and I must say that I have a slight feeling that clamping has contributed to length gains as My dick is a little longer even though I havent stretched in months. Anyway I decided I am going to throw in some stretching before my clamping sessions. I imagine that if I do my penis will be a little shocked, will add to the girth and length success so far and also won’t do me any harm. However since my dick is a little fatter now, I can only stretch when completely flaccid ( zero % erection ) but I seem to get slightly erect when I stretch out fully because I am an easily stimulated person ( which is why clamping is easy for me ). I have to maintain full concentration on not getting erect in order to stretch. When I stretch my dick can get around 30% erect and what happens is i feel the mid shaft and base expanding and the neck of my penis feeling squeezed. I know if I try hard enough this will not be an issue but I seek tips or advice or help. Share light on my annoyance please. thank you all

Try stretching after ejaculating and see if that helps. Eventually your penis should just learn that stretching is stretching, and isn’t supposed to be arousing.

It is annoying alright. I do agree firegoat but that does require masturbation but what if u have to do the exercise straight away and dont have time for it.

I need help stretching too. Wish I had someone to jelq and stretch for me. lol

That’s easy! Just keep your eyes focussed on this while you stretch…

Hahah I’ve been having the same problem, with both jelqing and stretching.

As I am a newbie (started yesterday with newbie routine) I didn’t want to stress too much the penis so when jelqing I try to let the penis fold to a 50-75% stage to keep going.. I can only manage two jelqs at a time at most Any advice for this?
As for stretching, today was the second time I stretched and it went better, it got aroused in the beginning but by the end of it got better, though the only thing is, afterwards when I looked in the mirror, it seemed to be hang lower than usual when semi-hard, is it because it got heavier? Should I be worried erection-wise? Maybe change up Kegel(I only do the 50 at the end of newbie routine cause I’m new to this too) at the end of each exercise?
