Hello, I am new to these forms. I have read many success stories but I am wondering is it really possible to increase your length and girth. Also are the results permanent? My length is 5” and my girth is currently unmeasured Ill try to measure it ASAP. How much am I likely to increase, in how long? Also how long am I expected to spend in a given session?

I have researched pills/creams and all that other junk and decided that they are a scam. This is seems like the only option I have before I resort to surgery.

I am looking to increase my size purely to be able to satisfy my lover. Currently I am unable to do so and it is very depressing.

Also where is the best place to start? Any advice is highly appreciated.

Pills/creams are scam. Anything that promises great gains with no effort is a scam.
As twatteaser recommended check that thread there is a lot of valuable information in there. My advice is that you read a lot before you start PE, you want to be prepared so that nothing goes wrong.
When you feel you are ready start with the newbie routine but don’t overtrain yourself. In the beginning less is better.

Yes, gains are possible. I soon realised that manual exercises doesn’t work for me, but hanging works great. So, I suggest you to do newbie routine and see if you gain from that or not.

Hi, I have tried sizepro pills 3 packets that was I think 3 months And Nothing they claim happened!

Infact my sexual life got worst! It was total waste of time and money!! Plus my Girlfriend found out and it was really embarrassing! She still takes the mick out of me! Lol I m now doing PE exercises and haven’t told her yet ! But I believe I will gain some size and girth! Also sex life is better some how after starting PE.(or it’s all mind game)

I started PE without warming up it didn’t work! So please make sure you warm up properly.

There are over 90 thousand members on here I think. That should tell you something about if PE is for real or not.

Yes, it is possible to gain length and girth, and you can gain a lot of both. However, it requires hard work, dedication and a lot of time. Don’t resort to surgery.. It’s not very reliable, and is sometimes also a bit of a scam.

Well most members grow about an inch or so in a year of PE from what I have seen!

However this is with a good routine and experience however you may grow more.


Started: NBPEL 5.5 == EG: 5

Current: NBPEL 7.5 == EG: 6

Goal: NBPEL 8 == EG: 6

“5 min hot wrap
5 min manual stretch (ten 30-second stretches)
10 min of jelq (two hundred 3-second strokes)
5 min hot wrap
50 kegels of five second holds each”

Few more questions. Their are several different stretches, which is the best one to start off with or should I be using more then 1 type? Also how hard do I pull in the stretches, should I pull till it’s uncomfortable or how much?
Also how are should I squeeze with jelq?
How often should I increase the the routine. Should I stick with my original one for a week. 2 or more? Should I increase it a little every day?
