Need Help On my Routine (Complicated)

I would appreciate and advice from the experienced people out there on a routine that would benefit me the most without damaging anything. My main focus is on girth so with that in mind I will list all the products that I have.

1)Jelq device
2)Rice Sock
3)LA delux pump

1)Pinnacle NoX2
3)Natural Arousal(Cream with L-arginine and amino acid)

Im lost when it comes a routine that Im confident in that won’t damage anything or overdue anything. I’ve been basically manually stretching and jelqing for about month consistenly and now I decided it was time to step up so I purchased alot of products and now I would like advice from the exprienced people on what to do.

After reading alot of posts, I thought about my routine and came up with this, please feel free to make suggestions because right now Im sort of lost. This routine would be a 3 days with 1 day off.

1)Take NoX2 supplement and L-Orthinine
2)Warm up with Rice sock for 10minutes
3)Penimaster for 2 hours (After getting use to it)
4)Warm up with Rice sock for 10 minutes
5)Pump for 10 minutes at a semi-comfortable pressure (gradually increase the length and pressure over time)
6)Use the jelq device for 15 mintues at a 70% erection
7)Warm up with Rice sock for 10 minutes
8)Apply Natural Arousal Cream

So anyone here have any suggestions?? Remember my main focus is girth. I would really appreciate any comments.

I’d suggest you to continue with manual exercises for atleast couple more months just to learn to know how your dick reacts and to condition it as well.

I agree with Base. Don’t be so frantic!! Take a couple more months with the manual exercises. Do more visualization and relax!! Each prick is different and responds in its own unique way. Explore your reactions to the various exercises and enjoy it. Don’t focus too much on counting repetitions etc. I stopped counting and watching the clock after a month. It shouldn’t be painful. I don’t agree with the maxim, “No pain, no gain,” when it comes to PE. And make sure you have the time and space to devote to it. Good luck and welcome to PE.
