I found this website and I’m intrigued because honestly I’m a “small” guy. Fully erect I’m about 4.5 inches and I’ve seen a few of the guide videos but for my size in a flaccid state is 3 inches and it’s hard for me to get a grip. So my plea for help is that I wanna know if there’s alternative videos for people with my size or different techniques styles.

Also I went to the tutorial page and I’ve read a few post of people mentioning the “newbie routine” but I can’t seem to find it. Can anyone tell me or post the link so I can start doing this. Thanks in advance to all who help me out.

puppygogo, first of all, Welcome to Thunder’s! The best advice I can give you is to read as much as you can on these forums. You can find the newbie routine here: START HERE ——-> NEWBIE ROUTINE <——- Important Newbie Threads/Info. If you are serious about enlarging your penis, you’re in the right place. Be careful, and realize that it is a marathon rather than a sprint. It takes a lot of time and energy to enlarge your penis, but it is well worth it. I’ve been doing PE for 5+ years, and I don’t think I’ll ever quit. But you need to make sure you don’t get too excited about everything and hurt yourself. Hence, the newbie routine exists to get you on the right track. Take care of yourself, and make sure to ask anything you want to learn. Also, be aware that there is a search function which gives you direct access to the highest quality database of information on PE ever created. The active members have been contributing great material to this forum for years.


Judging from the title of your thread, you’re quite anxious to get started. That is a great thing, and I wish you the best of luck.

Just remember, start slow. Read some of the injury reports and learn what those guys did wrong, and make sure you don’t do it.

Stop right there!. You don’t want to take the shortcut with PE, and it certainly seems like you’re doing so by reading your post. Spend at least a week or so reading and getting familiar with this forum. The more you know, the better off you will be, not only for gaining, but for avoiding hurtung your penis. You only have one, so I suggest you take my advise :)

Welcome, puppygogo86! I’ve read the Forum for a couple of months before beginning with the routines, because at the beginning I was skeptical about PE, then because I discovered a lot of information worth reading.

At your present length you won’t do your routine completely flaccid. You may perform stretching while engorged (not erect), thus having a better grip. You can use toilet paper to have a better grip while stretching. Jelqing requires a certain amount of erection, with an even better grip. Hopefully you’ll get the usual rapid newbie gains which further helps with the grip.

Use an “ok” grip, but flip your hand so your thumb is at the base of the penis and your pinky is towards the head, that’s how I get the most millage out of my strokes.

And warming up is essential to preventing injuries, never underestimate it’s importance in your routine.
