I’m going to cautiously weigh in here with my personal experience unfettered by theory. My penis has always curved downward, I don’t mind, it is actually an advantage in some positions. However this coupled with a decline in angle over time was staring to make it look like I never got an erection, when standing my angle never really got that ‘erect’ look. So I did some research and made my best guess and effort and started doing three things regularly. 1) bought a ADS - size genetics but I’m not stuck on brand. I use it straight out and upward angle both. This choice was due to the medical studies on correcting curves. I did not expect gains, but got some. weeee. 2) jelq upward for at least half of the time. 3) do dick raising exercises with washcloth, increasing weight and duration.
I have seem a remarkable difference in erection angle over time. I now stick ever so slightly upwards, my penis is much straighter, and it seems my penis midsection on the bottom is thicker and ‘stronger’. The other day I was able to play around with half entering and teasing my girlfriend in missionary without reaching down to ‘aim’ it. I don’t know if your results would be the same, as I said, I’ve always had a downward curving penis, so it may be a different problem that responds to my therapy.
