Need help getting length

Hey there everyone,

I am looking for advice and help. I have been doing PE for almost a year off and on now, gaining 3/4” in length, probably due to the inconsistency. My workout now is 4-5 times a week and consists of something like, 5 min heat wrap, 25 min of stretches, 15 min of jelq, whack off, 5 min heat wrap, and then the sit on dick stretch for 10-15 min. I am looking to make dramatic length gains in the next 6 months or so, because I plan to be very dedicated now.

(Currently, BPEL:5 7/8” by EG: 5” )

Can someone please help me get the best gains possible? What are the best routines, exercises, stretches, should I use hangers, or other devices, or just do it manually, what work best for you? My main concern at the moment is length, please help. Thanks.

Hey,my best advice I can give you is not to whack off after your exercises,your penis tissues relax once you have ejaculated,therefore defeating the object of your exercises,apart from that your routine seems ok,what is your erection level for your jelqs though?

I solely hang now, after applying heat of course. I just use a home made Captain’s Hook hanger and it works great. 2 times a day, approximately 30-40 minutes a hang, started at 15 minutes and gradually increased the time.

The man was asking about length gains. You could also do a search function on that as well since it’s been asked quite a bit in the past as well. Most of the big length growers will tell you; ADS, Hang, Jelg, pull, stretch, and even pump. Everyones unit is different in what it will respond to best. Yes there is some generalities and everyone’s got their favorite routine. The best was to figure it out is to do a search, then research the info, and try a few things out for yourself. There’s no easier softer way to a bigger dick. Have to make the effort if you want the payoff.
