Need help getting length
Hey there everyone,
I am looking for advice and help. I have been doing PE for almost a year off and on now, gaining 3/4” in length, probably due to the inconsistency. My workout now is 4-5 times a week and consists of something like, 5 min heat wrap, 25 min of stretches, 15 min of jelq, whack off, 5 min heat wrap, and then the sit on dick stretch for 10-15 min. I am looking to make dramatic length gains in the next 6 months or so, because I plan to be very dedicated now.
(Currently, BPEL:5 7/8” by EG: 5” )
Can someone please help me get the best gains possible? What are the best routines, exercises, stretches, should I use hangers, or other devices, or just do it manually, what work best for you? My main concern at the moment is length, please help. Thanks.
