Need help from the Veterans
Okay first I want to get some “Cable Clamps”, I can find these at Home Depot right?
Also, Will this be okay as a routine?
Clamp 3 sets of 15 minutes
Put on a Stretcher throughout the day
Take a Warm shower at night
Jelq for 30 minutes before bed
Will this be a fairly good routine?
Sorry I’m new to this, I found this a long time ago but never really got into it and I really want to now.
