Okay first I want to get some “Cable Clamps”, I can find these at Home Depot right?

Also, Will this be okay as a routine?

Clamp 3 sets of 15 minutes

Put on a Stretcher throughout the day

Take a Warm shower at night

Jelq for 30 minutes before bed

Will this be a fairly good routine?

The best place to begin is with the Newbie Routine.
The routine you have described is an advanced routine and WILL lead to an injury.

Stick to the newbie routine for another couple of months. It’ll take time, but its worth it.
