need help finding lot!

When I manually stretch i lay back and grap my penis just below the head and pull it up towards my naval, and do 30 kegels to weaken my ligs. I hold very tightly to stop the pull back (am I doing that right). Anyway I get a lot of pull back so where should I be stretching to get the best results? I’ve been doing 3 sets of grabbing just below the head and pulling straight down for 10 seconds a piece. Then I repeat to the left and right. I pull very hard, but hardly feel any stretch at all when I do it to the sides. (why is this?) When I pull straight down I only feel a stretch just below my head (is that where I’m supposed to be feeling it?) I’ve been playing with PE for a few months now with my starting stats being 5.5erect bone pressed length, and 4.5 erect girth size. No gains yet, but what are some exercises I can do to get a good stretch at the base of my penis? Is it the base or under the head that I want the stretch anyways? Can anyone please read this thoroughly and help me? I’ve posted stuff like this many times, but nobody has actually helped answer my problems. Please help me it would be sooo greatly appreciated. Thanks.

hey thunderss I just read those two threads, but I still have a question. When I pull upward I get a big tug back from my head, but when I pull downward I get no tug back. It said that is your lot, but your base should be getting the stretch now. My question is this…..Does the base get bigger around while stretching, or does it flex? what is it supposed to do, to let you know you are getting a good stretch?
