Need help, beginner

Hey guys, I have a 4 inch NBPEL and 5 inch BPEL
I’m around 26 and after a relationship going sour possibly because of my penis being too small, I started doing research on penis enlargement.
I did all the research I could the last 2 days on the newbie routines and started off with JP90s.
I have a small issue though, I used to have phimosis and tackled most of it by doing foreskin stretching exercises. Now its like 90 percent gone and my penis remained uncircumsized.
However doing the jelqs on my penis feels really difficult. I’m not sure if I’m doing them properly because when I have a 45-50 percent erection, my shaft is pretty tiny and it feels like I don’t have much area to work with. I know the whole point is to do the OK grip from the base and bring it up till the glans and then alternate. However whenever I try to do this, my foreskin rolls all the way back up over my head.
Do I use 1 hand to keep the foreskin back and push my shaft into the base against my pelvic muscle so I work with my BPEL?
How do I properly jelq with a smaller penis. I see the videos and those penises are longer and it seems like their fat pads are also much smaller.
My other issue is that I keep losing my erection whenever I jelq. It just seems really awkward

Tldr. Smaller penis, hard to jelq with foreskin getting in the way and my fat pad being quite big. Anyone know the most efficient way?

Hand-hold

I’ll state the obvious, but here goes: you need every inch of hand-hold possible. Thus, do everything you can to trim down that fat pad. Or at least push your hand deep into the fat pad when you begin the movement. Second, stretching it and possibly doing some light fulcrum exercises might help you gain some quick length to get a better hand-hold.

I did some more research and some of the threads that talk about smaller penises having a harder time jelqing recommended to focus on stretching for the first few weeks and then go on to jelqing.
They stated that stretching helps with length more and will give you more area to jelq.
Do I just follow the stretching exercises on jp90s and the newbie routine or what?
Are the fulcrum exercises the helicopter stretches?
Also how long should the stretching exercises be?

And yea I am working on losing weight and my fat pad, I have quite a bit of fat around my abdominal area but I’m pretty thin in the rest of my body. So gotta lose more body fat

Also for stretching, do I pull back my foreskin with 1 hand and keep it there and stretch with the other hand? Or do I stretch with the foreskin over my penis. I see two different answers in some threads and many of them date many years ago so I’m wondering what the best structure is at the moment.

Being uncut I personally jelq with the foreskin over my penis, I found it easier and as effective as pulling it back. Also I agree with Don Logan you need to get that fat pad down so you can have as much working area as possible.

If you have problem losing fat look up intermediate fasting, I had amazing results with it.

I’ve lost around 10 pounds in 2 months, its a work in progress. A lot of my fat is in my abdominal area and that coincides with the fat pad I guess.

Are there any routines which only include stretches? Atm they are way more doable than jelqing for me.

I know this is not what you asked, but have you considered pumping?

That will pull on your length with a known amount of force, and no grip issues.

Isnt it a bit too early for it? Also do I need to buy something to do it?

There are a lot of people on the forum that say you should do months of manual PE before starting pumping. I disagree with that and I think that light pumping using a gauge to carefully control the vacuum is as safe as manual PE. But of course you need to choose your own path, hopefully a safe one, whatever techniques you use.

And, yes, to do pumping you need to buy a pump, gauge and tube. There are lots of threads here about choosing pump equipment. :)

Why do you do that when you can dry jelq which is even more effective and less of a hassle. You use your foreskin as in having it pulled back when starting the jelq and at the end of the jelq your foreskin goes over your glands. I’ve never done a wet jelq after discovering dry jelqing as it’s even more effective in pushing the blood through the penis.

Marinera, one of the mods on here even says they are more effective and even requires less jelqs due to that.

I’d recommend dry jelqs to anyone that’s uncut.


Stats as of now: 20 cm BPEL/ 14 cm GIRTH. Started out at: 16 cm BPEL/ 11.8 cm GIRTH.

Well I tried and my BPEL is 5 inches~ but my fat pad is literally around 1.5-2 inches. So when I am semi erect, I have barely any area to really work with which is really frustrating.

Its just very difficult to jelq with this small amount of length. My hands are kinda big and I’m not sure the length gives me enough force to even push blood through. The whole frustration of keeping the foreskin back while jelqing is also a hassle.

I like doing wet jelqs, tried dry jelqs but never did them on regular basis. Maybe I will try for a month and see how I goes.

Both wet and dry jelqs can be effective. When I started PE about 3 years ago I only did dry jelqs until about two months ago. I gained about an inch in length and a half inch in girth up to that time.

About two months ago I decided to try wet jelqing combined with edging afterwards. Since then I’ve been consistently measuring almost a quarter inch longer and I’ve gained some girth too which is now approaching 6” MSEG. My girlfriend made the comment a week or so ago after sex that “it felt like you were ripping me apart”.

And I’m only trying to increase my length.

This new growth may be because of the change in my routine which is both wet jelqing and regular edging. In any event, wet jelqing can also be effective. Just look at HoustonWoods, a member here who inspired me to try wet jelqs and edging.

Bottom line, try both, they both can work.
