I’ve been using it for quite some time. It really helps to imagine that you are drowning when you feel you have to cum. Let’s say that I do this when I’m at 95% of reaching my orgasm and it puts me back to 75-80%. Normally it takes about 20, 30 seconds of imagining and you can continue without cumming.
