Hi Guys,

I am really happy to be a part of thunders place. I am 32 years old. I have been reading the threads since 1 month. I have been doing 180 degree stretching excercises 5 reps, JAI strech 10 reps and at night Jelqing 50 reps with OK grip applying Sanda oil. I have been doing these exercises since 5 months and gained 0.3” length. Recently I have read in website about VIGRX PLUS capsules which says that there will be a huge blood flow in the penis.

My question here is, can I take Vigrx plus capsules for a year? So that by the combination of PE exercises and vigrx plus I may gain fast gains. Please suggest as I have been gaining the gains very slow.

Welcome to the forum.

Vig-RX are a waste of money, even if you are getting a cheap knock-off.

Much more important is general health and diet. At 32, you should have no trouble getting and keeping erections but if you do have a problem consider buying some cheap Sildenafil and taking a very small dose, like 1/4 pill. Alternatively look at the supplement forum: you can easily make yourself a cocktail tailored for your needs and it’s normally a very cost effective option.

There’s not such a thing as fast gains. Over my 10 years here, fast gain attempts = injury. Take your time, forget the pills and use natural supplements like l-arginine.

Thanks for your suggestions guys. But when I have been reading few articles on other sites it says that PE really helps in gains but to increase massive blood flow in your penis needs capsules like vigrx and etc etc which helps faster gains. I m an Indian and I have a very small size I:e 4.9 erect and want to gain as fast as possible.

I think with the combination of capsules and PE we can get gains faster. Sorry I m repeating my question again. And I am very Desperate to achieve the gain at least 2 inches in a year.

@ Titleist how many months or years it took for you to reach the goal?

Asking questions is useless if you don’t listen to what people are saying. Read again what titleist and Bill said it all.

I have couple of questions.

1) While doing PE (Streches and Jelqing) how much force we should use? Do I need to strech/jelq gently or do I need to do with high intensity?

2) Does age matters for PE? I am 32 years old.

1. Force of the stretches and jelqs is a personal thing. Not too much, not too less— you will figure this out yourself. But the idea is to move blood around the penis and that doesn’t really need too much force. As long as your penis doesn’t say “ouch” then you’ll be all right.

2. I’m 33 y/o, some guys here even started in their 40s. No problems about that.

My daily routine.:

Started 27-Jan-2016

1) 5 min hot wrap and 1 min cementing as a warm up.

2) JAI stretch 10 reps 30 sec hold

3) 180 degree stretch ( downward, between the butt cheeks,left, upward and right) 5 reps each with 30 sec hold.

4) Jelqing 100 reps 3 sec hold.

5 days on and 2 days off(Saturday, Sunday)

Please suggest in case of anything needs to be added removed in my PE.

5 days on, 2 days off seems a little too much if you are just starting out. Try every alternate days or 2 days on, 1 day off. If you overtrain you’ll be sorry. As said earlier, don’t rush into it and have patience.

Would like to add “patience” at every step along the way. Healthy body don’t come overnight, healthy mind don’t come overnight and bigger penis don’t come overnight.
