Simply put, as the title states; I NEED girth. I am roughly 7x 4.5 and desperately want to gain girth (I wont complain about length gains!). My goal is to reach 8-8.5 x 6- 6.3. I know that is a huge gain and will take some time, I am not new to PE in terms of research. I have been using the Bath mate for some time now and want/ need a routine including jelqing and pumping to mainly increase girth, but also still increase length.

I appreciate members being cautious and just wanting to help, but please no comments about oh that will take too long, use the newbie routine, etc.

As I have said I have been researching PE for years, I know its not some over night thing, I know I must be cautious.

Please just answer this: What routine can I do to increase girth while still making length gains using the Bathmate and hands. (Time spent pumping, going in the chamber hard or soft, number of jelqs, how many days in a row/ rest days etc.)

Again as for the goals I know they are pretty out there, but dont waste your time commenting on how unrealistic/ how long it will take. I am aware of that. I just put them up as a guideline and give you members and idea of what I am looking for/ wanting to work towards.

Girth can be increased with Ulis, clamping, pumping and even with hanging, but these techniques should not be attempted before you get conditioned to PE I.e. After finishing the newbie routine. What is the problem with starting out with the newbie routine? You will gain girth anyway. I would do the newbie routine for about 4-6 months and then start to look into adding clamping and Ulis into your routine. I am not saying you should definitely do this routine. I just want to know why you don’t want to.


Initial stats; BPEL 8.5 inch, EL 8.3 Inch, EG 6.4 inch. Goal; EL +1 inch, EG: Not a priority. Equal girth along the shaft.

Progress: 5 weeks: BPEL: 8.8 inch. (+7mm) EL: 8.6 inch (+7mm). SL: 8.9 EG: 6.7 averaged out (+4-8mm. Growth though failing to create equal girth along shaft)

Aaand the first reply is exactly what I described as what I didn’t want. haha But I should have been a tad bit more clear and detailed. I have done the newbie routine and never really gained much. I gained some, but not a very noticeable amount. As I have said, I know about all of this, I am experienced, I just wasn’t able to start a thread in the main member forum. I get where you are coming from, but there is a reason I didn’t want answers like that, because I already know all of that information. I have PE experience, I just need a new routine, and from people with positive experience that know what works for my particular goals.

Now please can someone just answer me without going out of context or questioning.

In my one year of experience, the explicit answer to your question is “BM for ZERO minutes fully erect, followed by ZERO jelqs, followed by another ZERO minutes of BM.” With all that times saved, you can focus on the things Forrest recommended - clamping and ulis. In the future, I’d encourage you to tone down your attitude. Forums are not a simply matter of I DEMAND EVERYONE ON THE BOARD TO ANSWER MY SPECIFIC QUESTION ONLY, it’s more of a place for topical conversation that may apply to a whole bunch of other members.

In my case, I too bought and tried a BM when I first started but quickly stopped using it. I’ve gained a little more than 1/2” of girth in my first year. Over the course of my year, I (1) conditioned for several months then (2) started squeezes followed by (3) O-bends followed by (4) supra slammers. I started noticing more fullness during (2) but really saw measurable gains during (4). IMHO, it seems that the conditioning during (1) and (2) helped my penis start gaining during (3) and (4). I’m now trying to find a new routine, including a little BM time, as my girth gains have slowed recently. This is likely tied to my resuming a balanced length/girth/stamina focus rather than the pure girth that I was doing during my (3)(4) phase.


11/20/2011: BPEL: 6", MEG: 4.75" (goal BPEL: ~7", MEG: 5.25")

5/9/12: BPEL: 6.5", MEG 5" (goal BPEL: 7.25", MEG: 5.5")

3/5/13: BPEL: 6.875", MEG 5 5" (max goal BPEL: 7.5", MEG: 5.75")

The title says “Need Girth”. The answer is have you tried erect jelqs yet? There is regular jelqs, jelq squeezes, uli jelqs, and girth blaster jels (which I currently am doing when erect). Then you can add in what ever stretching exercise you want like hanging or manual stretching. (I am currently not doing any stretching exercises as of yet).
