Need girth

My dick is thin: 7,2x4,5

I want to gain only girth ( 5,5 would be great !)

What should I do ?

I think you should pump. Have you read avocet’s Pumping 101 thread in the Pumpers Forum?

Before pumping consider manual exercises first (horses, Ulis). They are cheaper, safer and easier to do.

I don’t want to start an argument, but a lot of guys would say that horses and Ulis do not fall on the safe side of the equation. At least with pumping, you know exactly what pressure you are using as long as you buy a system with a gauge.

I am not saying horses and ulis are entirely safe but which PE exercise is? I believe pumping is less safe than horses or ulis or even clamping.

I would say clamp? Or is pumping more effective when it comes to girth gains? I think not.

Probably Dry Jelqs are a good bet for mainly girth; clamping does almost exclusively girth, but is quite dangerous, even for novices (takes both conditioning and knowledge).

Neither is safer than pumping (with a gauge of course), which does both length and girth (though more girth, assuming you don’t pack the cylinder every time), is more of a fuss to work with (requires lubrication, a good seal, and time to set up), but you may not grow as fast, and there is some debate whether the results are permanent or not (though the evidence suggests that it is after several years of work; heck, some are debating if any PE is permanent or not, but that’s in another thread :) ).
