So I’ve read up on a Lot of diverse forums/polls of women discussing optimal penis size on the Internet (I know not the most reliable source). Here are my mentally synthesized crowd sourced conclusions.
Female responses have generally stated a length of 7 inches and no more than 8 inches to be a very desirable length. They generally have said that greater than 8 would be adventurous but perhaps not ideal for all women.
Women almost never give specific measurements about girth but sometimes refer to the toilet paper test. US toilet paper rolls are 5.375 around. Greater than 5.375 inches seems to be close to a consensus among women.
Granted, I had to dig through and ignore Internet trolling to come to these conclusions.

The reason I was drawn to PE is because when I look down it seemed fairly big. Plus given fairly common cultural references to “Size Matters”, I got curious. Turns out and I think you’ll agree, I’m on the fence between above-average and large. Since I’m pretty close, I figured it was pretty realistic that I could leave AAA baseball and join the Major Leagues.

I’ve tried some PE but never have done it more consistently than a week or two with months in-between.
I need .375 inches more in Length and .187 inches more girth to get the 7.5” by 5.5” penis many women cited as their preferred size. (8” x 6” is a catch all size that can even work for size queens and an unrealistic goal for me).
If I reached my goal, I would definitely feel quite confident that my size would impress rather than suffice.

Is this possible?
Has anyone achieved similar gains?
If so, What routine did you use to reach your goal and how long did it take?

I’m concerned I’ll plateau at where I am at and never get anywhere.

Lastly, does my thought process seem rational?

Yes, It is possible. A lot of guys have reached gains like these or beyond.

Start with the newbie routine, don’t think in a specific routine for now.

Start January 2013: NBPEL 6.2" (15,7cm) / MSEG 5.2" (13,2cm) / BPEL 6.6"(16,8cm) / FL - 3.5" (9cm) / FG - 3.9" (10cm)

Mid-term Goal : NBPEL 6.7"(17cm) / MSEG 5.5"(14cm) / FL 4.5" (11,5cm) / FG 4.5"(11,5cm)

I haven’t seen anyone actually present rational findings on women’s ideal size, but there are several PE big gainers here who have corroborated those stats as being ideal. In other words, they regret not having stopped at that point and are quite forceful in counseling guys to know when to say when.

Stick to the newbie routine and you’ll probably get to your goals without too much difficulty before the end of the year. Of course, there are some exceptions that don’t gain length, girth or both but sometimes we have to see the forrest from the trees: you are already within rounding error of ideal size.


11/20/2011: BPEL: 6", MEG: 4.75" (goal BPEL: ~7", MEG: 5.25")

Those are the ones we typically suggest people to start with. The linear routine is lighter, for those who have trouble with the volume of the initial stage of the traditional newbie routine.
The basic premise of both is simple. Your core (and only, for now) exercises should be jelqing and simple stretching. You start off very light and increase the volume in a slow, steady progression. These two routines are just two common progressions. You can alter them slightly if you feel like it, but I would suggest you view the traditional routine as the maximum progression. That is, if you decide to do something different, do something in between the two.
For a simple, straightforward approach, start with the original newbie routine. If after a few weeks your EQ is down (or you notice any other negative effects), you may want to take a week off and start up on the linear routine instead. Most importantly, though, don’t overdo it and don’t overthink it.

I would like to be big enough to make girls say, “that’s big!” but not too big that I struggle to make first time partners enjoy sex (not virgins, first time with me).

For me 7 inches X 5.5 or 5.7 are good to go :) but I will always want more because this PE thing is like that hahaha. Im getting there I know I can.

Serenity73 your caution to “Be Gentle” I think may be the best advice I ever had and the key to not getting burned out physically and mentally.

I read a post on manual stretching and someone made a point to hold/not pull. I tried it today and now I’m actually doing the manual stretches right for once.
It actually kind of feels like any other stretch you would do before working out.
I don’t think I was getting anywhere when I wasn’t letting everything relax after the initial stretch before applying more pressure.

Day one an I’m already making discoveries!

That’s the idea thndrdwnunder. I’ve never had girls really react that way and say “that’s big!”. Well that’s not really true true. Some have eluded to something like that. I think I would need a little more size to start getting in to the really fun commentary.

When I get the opportunity maybe I will get some beginning pictures up on this forum. I think with some pictures you’ll understand why mine looks more average that big despite the measurements.
Besides, now that I think about it, I need starting pictures to compare too.

I’m glad you picked up on that. I would have emphasized it more, but I didn’t want to get off track from the routine discussion and it would require an in-depth description of jelqing and stretching if you weren’t already familiar with different approaches.
The mental image of holding instead of pulling is great - it seems you’ve been reading Marinera’s thread (excellent). Add to that the wise words of our very own Firegoat: “Only apply force until it doesn’t get any longer” (paraphrased :) ), and you’re all set for stretching.

Welcome. It’s nice to seem someone new with realistic goals.

7.5 bpel x 5.5 mseg was my initial goal. It felt great when I hit it as you’ll know soon enough.


Start: (Aug 2001): 6 1/2 bpel x 4 7/8 mseg

Current: (6/24/14): 7 3/4 bpel (7 nbp) x 5 5/8 mseg. BEG 6 1/4. BPFSL 8 1/8.

Goals: First: 7 1/2 bpel x 5 1/2 mseg ACHIEVED! Current Goal: 7 nbp x 5 3/4 mseg (almost there!)

Given where you are starting that is a very realistic and attainable goal.
