I’m trying to back on track here after two years. When I first started two years ago, I gave up pretty fast because I didn’t had any privacy and I had some injuries.
I just finished my first routine, it was a pretty slow and easy one (I did one that If found here “The linear newbie routine” [5 min warm + 10 to 20 jelqs + 5 min warm]), and I have to say that I need some encouragement.
Have a few questions:
Have you guys saw PE being recommended by a doctor as a method that actually works?
Is stretching recommend for a beginner guy on his 10 first session?
How do you guys use to maintain your erection during the Jelq? I started to loose my erection pretty quick (80-90% to 50%) after 5 or 6 reps. I found it hard to keep quality in the exercise :(
