Hello brothers,

I’m trying to back on track here after two years. When I first started two years ago, I gave up pretty fast because I didn’t had any privacy and I had some injuries.

I just finished my first routine, it was a pretty slow and easy one (I did one that If found here “The linear newbie routine” [5 min warm + 10 to 20 jelqs + 5 min warm]), and I have to say that I need some encouragement.

Have a few questions:

Have you guys saw PE being recommended by a doctor as a method that actually works?

Is stretching recommend for a beginner guy on his 10 first session?

How do you guys use to maintain your erection during the Jelq? I started to loose my erection pretty quick (80-90% to 50%) after 5 or 6 reps. I found it hard to keep quality in the exercise :(

Hi, I give my poor, newbie opinion.

I dont know if some doctor raccomended PE, but I’m pretty sure that some doctor do this, also if he does in a secret room.

I’m noticing, in my newbie path, that if you are consistent and patient, you learn how to do the exercise. Because at the starting point we are not able, for example, to do a correct jelq. We have to learn, because it is a more difficult exercise than we can think.

So I think that this is an important value of the newbie routine, because when you start to do better the exercise, you optimize your time. In the same unit of time you can be more effective. It is the same thing when you start a job, or a sport, for example.

I think that the first goal is to improve the EQ, and it means also that if it happens, is more easy to maintain the right percentage of erection during the exercise, or improve it when you loose.

I really think that a 80-90% percentage of erection is too much for a newbie; 50-60% is perfect in my opinion for start. I think that when I do a well done jelq, my penis is bigger at the and of the session; and I can stimulate and maintain a full erection for many minutes immediately after the exercise, if I want. In my mind, it means that I’ve done a good work.

You want an encouragement? Wait 3 months, let the ruler in a drawer, be consistent; after 3 months look your penis in a mirror; it will appear muscled than you had ever seen; and this is wonderful!

I’m kind curious right now, I always thought that jelq was supposed to do at minimum of 80% erection. If I try to jelq with less than 80% it feels like nothing is happening with my unit.. Weird.

Stefano, could you please tell me more about your experience? Do you think that jelq at 50% 60% might help on EQ?

All that I write before I ‘ve read on this forum. And reading and learning I’m building my routine, trying to improve quality before quantity.

My EQ is better than before PE; is difficult talk about erectile percentage, because it is not a really quantifiable parameter. But one rule is “first avoid injuries”, and if the percentage is too high is easier have an injuries. This is the patience. We speak from beginners of course.

And a goal of the newbie routine is to condition the penis to get the exercises, present and future. Also this is the patience.

But I have to ask:
How long are you in PE? Are you doing some stretching also? What exercise you think that helped you most to increase your EQ?

I’m doing the newbie routine proposal here from 3 months, with consistency. I think the wet jelq is a great exercise to improve EQ, being an exercise based on a principle of blood circulation; do not overdo it in the intensity, or duration, of course. I do the newbie routine, so I also do stretching.

Good luck.

Pick one of the manual beginner routines and follow it for at least 90 days to condition your penis, or until you stop gaining. Start slow, and build up to the full routine over a few weeks time, jelq with an erection level between 45% and 65% using a moderate grip, just enough to move blood up the shaft and to the glans. Grip your penis below the glans when stretching and do not pull too hard, just enough to feel tension on your shaft.

I have ED so I start with a flaccid dick. However, the process of jelqing normally increases my erection level up to about 45% after 25 jelqs or so.

Pay attention to your PIs, your penis is trying to tell you if you are over working, or you are in the growth zone, aim for positive PIs, and steer away from the negative ojnes.j

Don’t forget to take good beginning measurements and photos so you have a solid base line to compare your future gains to.

I’m curious about Pls, what is that?

Avoid jelqing for enlargement as it can cause many injuries. I should know. Research clamping. Just excuse yourself to the bathroom for a 10 minute session, then repeat when you have time for another 10 minute session. You can do multiple sessions over the course of a few hours and you don’t need to lock yourself away for the whole time. I do it all the time and it seems to work. I have a family and still find the time in small chunks to get the routines done. Hope that helps,

BPEL 7 EG 5.5 NBPEL 6.5 Flaccid length 4.5. Started Jan 2015 at bpel 6.5 nbpel 6.0 and eg 5.2 flaccid length was 3.5

I have reached my goal. At least for now.

I’ve read horror story after horror story over the years regarding injuries from both jelqing and clamping. When the surgeon I spoke with told me about the procedure to repair the dorsal vein that was ripped from my jelqing back in 1997, I almost passed out. To this day, I steer people towards exercises with more control and are safer. Its just my opinion, and I am trying to offer advice. The most important thing is patience, really.
