Take firegoats advice here. Read everything you can about being a newbie. Lots of great reading material that many, myself included, followed and have seen great results. I’ve been pretty much only stretching and jelqing and have seen 1+ inch gains.

Stick with it, get a routine going that is comfortable to you, and that most importantly makes you feel worked out or “stretched” out.

The newbie routine is perfect because it helps you understand the exercises you are preforming and it helps you perform them in a way that will not hurt yourself. Read the forum on PI’s or physical indicators. If you feel good your not sore at all and you are seeing growth keep doing what your doing or maybe even push a little harder. If you get any negative PI’s, bad turtling, bruising, PAIN, or low quality erections after a work out, then it’s probably wise to take a break.

Good form for jelqing is to be around 50% hard. This means that your dick is “filled” with blood, but you are not rock hard. A firm grip on the sides of your dick, not hard on the top or bottom where your urethra is located, and a nice slow pull towards the head. If you are at the correct erect level you should see your dick swell as your hand moves from the base to the head. You may also feel the head “fill up” or maybe feel like the pressure is building more and more as you slide down. A good jelq will usually last about 2-3 seconds I would say from base to tip. At first you may limp out too much or even get too hard. Your body will get used to working out, that is why the newbie routine is so important! After you master the jelq, there are hundreds of custom exercises that members here have outlined created and proved work great as supplemental workouts. Most of them require good jelq and grip forms.

Stretching, you are probably fine to start doing light stretches but take it easy. I would start by simply stretching downward (towards the ground) for a couple seconds. Not a hard pull, but enough to completely straighten your dick and also feel a slight pressure at the base where it connects to your body. Do another stretch upwards (towards your belly button), and one straight out. 3 reps is more than enough for you, coupled with jelqing you will see growth within the first 2-3 months. These are called newbie gains, they can range from minimal to almost a full inch in length.

I hope this helps, again, READ the newbie topics that are backed by Thunders. These are tried and true.

Wow guys, I wasn’t expecting so many helpful replies like this. I really appreciate your attention guys.

I think PE have so many variables.. It makes me wonder a lot of things. But I’m following the advices you guys just gave me here, and I’m aware that I have to keep searching reading and learning about it.

Today I added some easy pull stretches to my routine, so here is what I did:

5 min warmup (using hot water under shower)
2 x 20 seconds stretches (2x to all directions, with an easy pull).
30-40 jelqs at 45-50%
5 min warmdown (using hot water under shower again)

That’s it, it didn’t took more than 20 minutes. What made me a little upset was the fact that I didn’t felt that little “pump” on my unit right after the session. But I noticed throughout the day that my erection is hard as shit, and its only the second day. Probably a positive indicator.

I will take a day off tomorrow, because I got sick and I’m taking some anti-biotics that would probably take me down for 1 or 2 days. So I think PE tomorrow won’t worth the effort.

What about masturbation guys? Is recommended to leave my boy more quiet in training days?

It’s recommended that you avoid masturbation for a few hours after doing PE. Some guys avoid masturbation as much as possible and believe it helps gains. It may do, but I am happy if gains take a little longer but allow me to masturbate as often as I want :)

Heat makes the difference between gaining quickly or slowly for some guys, or between gaining slowly instead of not at all for others. And the ideal penis size is 7.6" BPEL x 5.6" Mid Girth.

Many guys would tell you not to masturbate right after a workout because you “turtle”. I’ll admit I have masturbated after a workout, I do fowfers to prevent the turtling if I do masturbate. That being said, no one has found sex to have negative effects on PE gains. So you can have a clear conscience there!

Many men here edge after a workout, which I think is a great ending to a workout because it gets the blood pumping to your dick. When edging you try to abstain from having an orgasm, but get as close to it as you can. It’s fun as well because after a good workout you could be close to 0.25” expanded in length and girth. Not a lot, but its noticeable when your not used to it.

I’ve seen decent gains and I masturbate multiples times a week. It’s recommended not to masturbate, but a lot of us still do.

Your new routine sounds good, stick to it once you recover. If after a couple weeks you still are seeing the positive PI’s you are getting right now, it might be worth adding some intensity to your workout. A raging hard on throughout the day is definitely a positive PI. You may notice that your sex drive increases as well.

Weird stats

Here are my current stats (I used http://www.inches-to-cm.com/ to convert from cm to inches, I don’t know if this is decent):

NBPEL EL - 14,5 to 15cm 5.7” to 5.9” (little hard to measure here, because my unit has that curve looking up to the roof.)

After measured myself I realised that my stats are weird for x reasons:

1- It doesn’t look this big. Really, I saw some pictures from 6.5” 7” guys and it looks waaaaaay bigger and thicker than my unit. I don’t believe that I’m measuring it wrong because there is no secret in measuring. I’ve tried to take some pictures but it was hard.

2- How the fuck it can vary this much from NBPEL to BPEL? I’m not a chubby dude to have almost 2” of fat pad. Jesus. I’m a 6.1” 218lbs guy. Actually I can say that I have a great shape even being a sedentary person because I worked out really hard my whole life till 2013 (I’m 23), so I still have some muscles and the appearence of a big random guy. I know my stats are not bad, but it makes me really sad because it looks really small in my body. And my flacid stats are even more pathetic! You guys don’t know how ashamed I feel when my girl does a “surprise grab” in my unit expecting to feel something big, though, strong (you know? Something that at least combines with the rest of my body) and it is actually a 3.7” little man.

Do you guys varies like this too?

I am 6’6” and 215 pounds so you are a little shorter and heavier than I am and my fat pad is almost 1.25 inches. I am not a fat guy either. I think it just varies from person to person. My BPEL is almost 6.75 inches and my NPEL is 5.5 inches.

Here are your converted stats my good man. I work in metric and english measurements so I’m used to converting them back and forth. As for your measurements, most here go with BPEL, NBPEL and MEG. When we discuss penis length it is about BPEL unless otherwise specified. When we discuss girth we are talking about MEG, unless someone states differently. BPEL and MEG are the most accurate measurements while doing PE exercises.

You have some good starting stats, at your current size you are above average in both length and girth.

My starting stats were BPEL - 5.75”, MEG - 4.75” I was 185lbs and 5’9” tall. I was about 5” NBPEL I am not sure though because I did not measure. My fat pad is usually about 0.75”. It is different from guy to guy.

Also, your flaccid size has absolutely no correlation with your erect size. In fact, your flaccid varies throughout the day depending on a number of circumstances. If you measured 5 minutes from now and then again in a half hour, you would have 2 completely different measurements more than likely. PE does help your flaccid lengths grow.

Honestly at 5.5” girth, your girl should be more than pleased with your size. Women love the extra girth. As for the surprise grabs, enjoy it, she wouldn’t reach for it if she did not like it already.

I’m wondering if there is a difference between dry jelq and wet jelq (increase of lenght or girth and speed gains)? I’m circumsized so I felt dry jelq more confortable for me, I’m doing it one-hand only at shower. I have a based water lube here and I’m going to try wet jelq tomorrow. Anyone have tried both and had gains?

Man, I am 6.5 NBPEL. That’s for sure. I am just a tad below 7 BPEL. All measurements at my best EQ. Now, if I press the ruler hard enough to the point of actually feeling pain, I probably am about 7.1 something BPEL.

By the way, size is a matter of perception aka perception is a bitch. Especially on dick size. My dick even with those measurements looks just decent to me, you know ok. And I am 5.7 tall. Can you imagine that?

I have reached my goal. At least for now.

It is generally agreed that dry jelqing is more intense than wet jelqing. Everyone on here will tell you that you will see gains doing either one.

Jelqing is considered more of a girth exercise, but you will see length gains from it. If you are looking for more length, jelq downward (towards the floor).

If you decide to dry jelq just be careful and take it slow. Personally, I dry jelq. I do not like lube and I have enough skin to complete a full jelq even though I am circumcised.
