Need effective short routine
Greetings fellow PEers!
I’ve just discovered about this amazing community and this miracle exercise for men and am really excited to try it out.
Anyways, I need some help to figure out a routine that is both effective and requires a short amount of time. I am a college student that still live with his family at home so I get a limited amount of privacy.
I read some of the newbie routines on this forum and some of them stretch out to almost an hour long which is impossible for me to do. I plan I’ll do my stretches, jelqing and warm wrap in the showers so it’ll be more convenient and efficient. My average shower time is about 15 minutes. What I was planning is that I can squeeze in about an extra 15 minutes for my PE exercise which would total 30 min. Any more time in the showers would raise suspicion upon my family members. :)
