Need discrete routine
I’m a newbie to PE. I’ve tried to start a few times, but I essentially work two jobs and have a family too, so spending an extra 15-30 minutes in the shower hasn’t worked out.
I spend the majority of my day sitting at a desk.I would like to find a device I can use discretely while sitting there, yet be comfortable that I can get up without revealing anything ;) . I’d also like to know, based on your recommendation, if the device alone is enough or if I have to supplement it with other exercises. If so, is there a “busy man’s PE” out there? I am simply completely swamped.
