I was hoping I could get some feedback and advice from some of the more experienced members on this site..
My PE journey began in November 2011 and I went for only a few months before stopping. I picked it up again July 8 of this year - much more seriously. I stopped previously due Iack of results, but my expectations were unrealistic. Now that I have completed much more research, I think I can use some direction from the experienced. My current routine is as follows:
5 minute warm up wrap
15 min stretching
-Up, down, straight out, V stretch, inverted v stretch, fowfers - 2x90sec
5 min warm down wrap or shower
At least 50 kegels a day.
I should say I do all my stretches for a 30 second hold. Some I do multiple sets and some not. I want to incorporated more stretches for length and maybe some jelq squeezes. I am currently on a 2 days on 1 day off routine. My main goal is length. Ideally I would like to gain 1.5 inches in length and then go on a maintenance routine.
Can anyone offer suggestions?
