Need confirmation about my Ballooning technique

Hello everybody,
It’s great to be a part of your community.
I am hoping you all could tell me if I’m on the right path when it comes to ballooning, and potentially advise me on what I can try next.
NB: I have read many documents discussing the process etc. I find many contradictory and hard to follow because of the technical language used. But I try to extract whatever wealth I can from them.

Currently my practise is like this:
In a standing position, I am rubbing the first two fingers on the Frenulum and clenching the PC muscle (doing a kegel) while doing that. I sometimes move my fingers onto the glans and rub around the urethra or wherever I feel the most sensitivity.
I do this till I am edging, then I stop and start again, repeating the process. I carry on doing this for at least 20 minutes. I make sure that I do not cum afterwards. Sometimes precum is released, and I’ll use that to lubricate the head, but I won’t proper cum at all. But that’s ok, because it feels like during the experience I have cummed..

I am really enjoying this so far, I feel I get the experience of an orgasm after each time I reach the point of no return after awhile. It’s hard to describe. It’s just this awesome sensation — that feeling you get just before you cum, that’s what I get. I think this is what is called a dry orgasm, not sure.. Maybe someone can clarify for me?

You know when you come, as you ejaculate you seemingly have no control of your penis as it squirts. But during my practise, I’m rubbing, and I feel that great sensation minus any explosion.. What is that?

Anyhow, would love any feedback telling me what I need to do next, or correcting me where I’m going wrong.
It’d be super awesome if someone had a link to a video wherein ballooning was demonstrated in practise, or pehaps some pictures of what it looks like. All I can find are text based instructions which leaves a lot to my imagination.

I just Think that it’s such a weird time of the night, regardless of what time zone, it’s late or the middle of the night.

The original post about ballooning was by a guy who was heavily invested in some sort of “doctor“‘s website. This quack was peddling some herbal or hormonal supplements to be able to balloon at all. The technique he described was basically this: edge, then near the PonR, stimulate only the base and shaft. Try to stay as close to the PonR as possible for as long as possible. At some point you’re going to expand more than your maximum erection.

Now… I do believe that I’ve achieved such an enlarged maximum erection twice in my life; once after camming with my girl for an hour and a half or so, and once in my second week of PE, after edging for about 25 minutes directly after a PE session.

I grabbed this schematic from the quack’s website just in case anyone ever needed it; this was the only thing I could find which would actually be useful and not subject to misinterpretation. Mostly schematics, but there’s one pic so I’m not sure if allowed in the public section.

Do you think what I am doing is even ballooning?
I’m going to start the JP 90 soon, but I thought this could be a good warm up for a week or so. I don’t understand why people say to not rub the frenulum, I thought it would make sense to work on those areas where you’re sensitive - make them stronger etc.

I think the consistent reason for staying away from there is to prevent orgasm.. As we all know, it’s hyper sensitive..

Easier to edge “in the zone” by not blowing the roof off too quick..

At least that’s what I’ve gathered.

What your practice sounds like is edging. Though the distinction is rather small, it appears that edging is the practice of getting to the PonR, then letting it subside, and going up there again, let it subside, repeat until done. Ballooning seems to involve edging up to the PonR but then instead of going hands off, you stimulate the less sensitive parts of the penis; shaft, specifically the base, testicles also, sometimes ever the lower abdomen. As I understand it you’re supposed to stay really close to the PonR by stimulation of these parts. And then at some point your unit gets a tad longer and thicker than a regular 100% erection.

Edging is reasonably easy to do. Ballooning seems harder to achieve and I don’t do it anymore, it’s too much work and I’ve only gotten it to work twice. Edging is still recommended by many people including myself.

Hey looking at your stats, pretty impressive gains mate.
Are you able to share some tips with me on how to get started. Were there any guides you followed in the beginning?

I’ve got a very detailed progress report in the progress reports section. Basically I used the newbie routine, 10 minutes of stretching, ~100 low-mid EQ jelqs. I added JAI stretches after a while, 12 to 18 in each direction. I edge a lot. I use constant heat. I don’t skip on days and I don’t skip rest days. That’s about it. The results may not be as impressive as they first seem though, I changed up my measurement method a bit and currently measuring 7.2” max.

To be honest, I should never have deviated from my week 2 PE schedule, lol. I’m actually trying to do less rather than more, now. Taking it slow is difficult when your brain reacts to testosterone, right ;)
