I did a stretching/jelqing routine for about 20 days (about 5 of those we’re off days) with no results, I stopped doing it for personal reasons but now I will restart doing it.

In fact, I started 2 days ago.

I plan to do the following:

Warm up with hot water
10 minutes stretching
5 minutes jelqing
Warm down with hot water
3 series of 12 long kegels

Do you think that’s ok, considering I’m a newbie?
Also, how often should I do it? Everyday? 3 consecutive days and then 1 day off?

Please, give me some advises.

I’d increase the jelqs to 10 minutes by doing 200 jelq strokes at three seconds each. I’d do 50 three-second Kegels rather than 12 “long” ones because they seem as effective and you are looking to tone up the muscle, not fatigue it. I’d do this every day or five on, two off. Do it for at least a month before you evaluate (measure).

Good luck to you, Krtel. Hope you can keep going this time. I really have no advice to add to what Westla already said. I just wanted to help encourage some. The results will come. Just stay focused and dedicated.
