Hi guys, this is my first post,
I measured myself for starters and I’m

FBPL: 6.5L and 5.0 G
EBPL: 6.5L and 6.0 G

So I guess my length is something that I want to change. Unless you guys think I should increase girth first and then length later or does it not matter?
I’m using the newbie routine at the mo (I started like 4 days ago) but I also wanna start hanging, which one is better bibs or the wench?

Do the newbie routine for quite a while before you start hanging (>3 months, preferably >6 months to be safer).

Some people say length first, girth second. I don’t know, but it sounds to me that your EG is nothing to worry about (damn near what everybody is aiming for), and likely your excercizing for length will spill over on girth as well.

What to use, bib or wench? No idea, I use a vacuum device (search for SuckXtender).

Are those stats correct? They look a little unconventional to me.

You don’t need to worry about girth, you have what most of us are aiming for!

As for the bib or wench, they both have a lot of plus points, search about the two, and see which you prefer.

I dunno about the FBPL I stretched my penis to get the measurement. When totally flaccid it’s about 4 inches I guess.

Whispers from above suggest that length is easier to gain if you do it before girth. Plus, like slackerdoodle said, your girth is what most of us are aiming for — so I suggest going for length first, THEN girth.

What is the best way for length? The newbie routine, along with some JAI stretches will be your best bet. In a few weeks/months (depending on your progress) you can move onto some more advance stretches.

Do not, I repeat, do not start hanging yet. You have been PEing for 4 days and you want to hang wieghts from your dick? Most people wait at least six months.
If you really want to get into hanging, I suggest waiting at least one month. Take it slow. Try PE wieghts first, then move up to a big or a wench. PE weights are very conventional and are a great start before you begin hanging.

Trust me, do not rush into hanging, or any advanced exercises for that matter. Remember, you only have one dick, but many days to stretch it. Patience is the key.

Thats guys for all your support and concern (this is a great forum!)
After I posted the my question a set about making a bib hanger.. I amde it and also tried it on with 4.5 kg don’t know what that is in pounds.. Pproblem was I didnt have a hose clamp so I just tried to hold the thing together with elastic bands.. Needless to say the whole thing would slip off. It would only stay for three mins.. I tried it standing and also BTC and it felt quite weird.. After the three minuites I felt a tingleing sensation all over, I didnt have loss of feeling or pain, just the tingleing feeling..
Anyways I decided not to do this again as I read your advice just now.. But at least I have the hanger ready when it is gonna be needed in the future (just need a hose clamp)

I did my jelqs today for about 20 mins with vaseline after a warmup with a damp towel that I heated up with the iron.. I’ve now got a sort of aching feeling on the top of my penis and also on both sides of the underside, but not really in the glands.. Does this mean I am not doing it right?
Also I’m getting confused with the stretching, I saw the stretching poll where people hold themselves for the stretches, and I hold mine withh my hand over the glands, like in the videos that arein the archive, problem with the way I do it is I end up with an erection and so I can’t do the stretch till I calm down.. Shall I do it the one inch behind the glands?
Oh yeah I have a LOT of 9.00, does this mean that I can gain in lig lengthening till I reach 6.00? But I heard some people say that they want to heal up their ligs so that they are at a straight out angle, ie no change in their LOT, so I’m a but confused about that too.

Dont sweat LOT Theory at this point. However, for your information, according to LOT Theory, your LOT of 9:00 would indicate that you have a good amount of potential lig sourced length gains to be had. The important thing to keep in mind is that regardless of the applicibility of LOT Theory to your body (by all accounts, LOT Theory doesn’t apply uniformly to all bodies), you don’t need to hang to realize those (theoretically available) length gains, the newbie routine will facilitate those gains too.

The newbie routine was developed by many very smart guys over a long period of time who designed it to facilitate the maximize rate of gains for the maximum length of time for guys starting their PE journeys. Trust me and trust them, the newbie routine will serve your goals best at this time. As you feel it appropriate (i.e. necessary), you can increase the time and/or intensity of your newbie routine training.

The best advice I can give you is to tease out your gains with the newbie routine for as long as you can. You only get one chance at getting those newbie gains, the longer you can tease ‘em out, the longer your dick will be!

Now that I’ve got your attention, you should have as your goal to extend your newbie routine gains as long as possible which is another way of saying, you should have as your goal to postpone having to start hanging as long as possible.

Know this: as soon as you depart from the newbie routine, the road to dangling 30 lbs off of your dick for hours a day and seeing 1/10th - 1/100th the rate of gains that you saw doing your newbie routine is a quick one.

Please consider yourself fairly warned.

Now go do the right thing.
