Need advice with newbie routine
I’ve been on the newbie routine for about 6 weeks now. There were 2 days in the middle of that time where I noticed visible gains. But this weekend I noticed I’ve actually lost size and erection quality from where I started. I actually jelqed less then the routine said having worked up to 85 jelqs. And I go Mon, Weds, Fri so I can’t believe that I could have been overworking. I’ve heard different things about conditioning the penis, whether it helps get gains eventually or whether it prevents them and you should vary routines. A couple years ago I gained about 2 inches and I don’t know how much girth. I didn’t cement or maintain the gains so I only kept about an inch. I gained pretty quick then so I’m wracking my brain trying to figure out what I’m doing differently. I’m going to stay with at least Mon, Weds, Fri consistently unless it really goes wrong. But does anyone know anything that I could be missing?
