Need a word from you
As a beginner to the PE exercise stuff, I’d like to hear from you about the routine I’ve been performing so far, always with a 2 days jelqing and 1 day off:
- No warm-up (I know I should go for some before the exercises)
- 5 to 8 minutes stretching (rough but not beyond the limits stretches)
- Now jelqing itself, 100 up to 150 strokes, 4 seconds each
- More 5 to 8 minutes final stretching
Is it ok for growth (both length and girth)?
