Hi friends,

As a beginner to the PE exercise stuff, I’d like to hear from you about the routine I’ve been performing so far, always with a 2 days jelqing and 1 day off:

- No warm-up (I know I should go for some before the exercises)
- 5 to 8 minutes stretching (rough but not beyond the limits stretches)
- Now jelqing itself, 100 up to 150 strokes, 4 seconds each
- More 5 to 8 minutes final stretching

Is it ok for growth (both length and girth)?

Sounds pretty much like the Newbie Routine. I’d say the only way to tell whether the whole PE thing is working for you is to measure at the end of each four week-interval and see how much progress you’ve made. If so, always remember: never touch a running system/don’t fix it if it ain’t broken! ;)

In the beginning, there was the Word. And the Word was ” edumacated”.

I’d say that it sounds good, but watch it. Since you are not warming up, work your way into the exercises slowly, or you could injure yourself. But, done right, those exercises can act like a warm up.
