need a place to vent :-(

Man, my PE journey has been so shaky and full of struggles.

I started PE back in May of this year. I began with newbie routine but had struggled with too much erection during manual stretches. So I gripped too hard and resulted a hard veins under the glans. During the same period, I also jelqed too much (30 minutes+) and sometimes at too high of erection level, which resulted a new bump on the upper left shaft, and an old one reappeared. But these don’t discourage me. I still want to gain.

Then I took a week off from PE and realized that I need a more consistent, less forceful ways to gain length. So I bought a vacADS from Monkey. Instead of doing manual pulls (I can’t control my erection level) I can put the light weights on (I was only doing 3lbs) and tried to watch TV to distract me. I could usually get soft in about 5 minutes. I hung 5-6 times a day @ 20 minutes per session (6 days a week). Then I also do vacADS about 4-6 hours a day. The only time I didn’t do vacADS is when my head got too tender and sore from the suction. The process was smooth the first week, and then in my second week, I started to have darken circle at the tip of my glans. But that didn’t discourage me. It was sore to the touch, and sometimes painful when I pinched the tip. In my 3rd week of the ADS and light hanging combo, my unit started to give in. My glans was sore and the area where the sleeve was gripping on (about an inch below glans) started to feel very sore. I believe the gripping was too much for my constant wear of the sleeve. I started to feel very frustrated cuz it seems like no matter what I do I always end up an injury. I don’t even hang more than 3lbs, when most people start with 5lbs or more.

Again, the soreness didn’t discourage me. I took a few days off and read about Wadzilla’s theory on “less is more” approach to a slow, steady gain in PE. I totally agree his approach and thought that I should go VERY SLOW.

Then a few days ago I started a new routine. This time I ONLY do 40 jelqs a day (and increase 2 strokes each day until I reach 200 strokes). This will take me 2 months to achieve in a very slow, steady way. I would piss pull (hold about 30 - 40 seconds) throughout the day (probably about 10 minutes in total). In the mean time, I finally received my order of golf weights. So about 2 days ago, I started to wear only two weights (less than 1lb) as a light stretch for an hour (break up into two 30 min sessions). I felt good after wearing it.

After a few days of my light routine, the area an inch below the glans started to heal better, and the sides along the shaft aren’t sore anymore. Then again, as of yesterday, I noticed ANOTHER hard vein which is more noticeable in semi to fully erection state. The vein seems to be on my foreskin and whenever I rolled the skin over my glans it felt like a bump on my glans. AND, there is a new slight bump on the shaft (only noticeable when I have 70%+ erection). Arrrrrrrrr…

I am so mad. I put so many hours trying to make this work but I keep running into juries. This is very frustrating.

Reading this forum can sometimes make me feel very disappointed in myself. I read newbies easily gain 1/2” to 1” with less than 3 months of PE. And members who can do hardcore hanging, pumping and manual stretching without incurring any injuries. I am ok without not gaining much as I have the persistence to follow through; but injuries are very discouraging.

Anyway, I thought this would be a decent place to vent. I am very frustrated.

I am not giving up. I need to figure out why I am so injury prone. Man, I even cut down masturbation and I have been taking supplements that help circulations.

Results of 5 months of PE:
- 2 hard veins
- 3 bumps
- a sore upper shaft
- only 1/4” length gain and no girth

Not all dicks are created equal.

As you gain more experience, the more you learn about the limits of your unit, and you will develope better technique.

And your unit will get tougher over time, making it less prone to bruises/hard veins.

If your realy serious about enlargement, keep going.

Now: NBPEL = 6.4 MSEG = 5.3 BEG = 5.75

Goals: NBPEL = 7.0 MSEG = 6.0

Thanks Persian.

I am serious, otherwise I wouldn’t have spent hours reading on this forum, spent hundreds of dollars on PE gadgets, and sacrificed hours and hours weekdays and weekends to do my routines.

I am frustrated because I see so many good results here and I am stuck with many injuries.

I may have to reduce visiting this site for a while. The rosy stories on here are really making feel like shit. Whenever I read stories of newbies gaining over 1” in less than 6 months, I feel like crap for not only making little to no gains, but also incur injuries for my hard efforts.

Not fair. But what can I do.

If your spending money on gadgets you are really lost, PE is as free as the wind. It sounds like your going one hundred different ways.

Just sharing my experience, my gains didn’t come for over 6 months. Then they seemed to come all at once over a three month or so period. Now I gain slower but regularly I guess. I’ve only ever done manual. I barely jelq now, just stretching and some manual clamping.

And I had a good injury during that 7th month, a horse440 squeeze popped a vein (definitely too soon to try that). I had a 25 cent size purple bump for about a week. Pretty scary.

Anyway. I take it easy now. I’m not in a hurry as the difference between 7 and 8 seems much smaller than between 6 and 7. Plus there is now another thing. An erection problem. I’ll post it in another related thread. So I guess it’s time for a good 2 week rest.

As for you? Take it easy and be patient. Easier said than done I know. Good luck.

If you read my posts you will know that the reasons I spent money on gadgets are because 1) I didn’t get much from 4 months of manual newbie routine 2) I can’t do proper manual stretches without getting semi or full erection. This is why I had to figure out another way to do stretches (ie. vacADS/hanging).

I went for different directions due to INJURIES from failed attempts. If I was gaining like everyone else in the first year, and not incurred much injury, why would I change my routine?

You have achieved 1” gain in less than a year. Pretty decent result.

Like I said before, I have no problem staying persistent, it is the freaking injuries that ruined my ambition. I don’t even do hardcore hanging and horse440 squeez/ulis, and yet I am bombarded with hard veins and bumps.

Afterall, I am the minority who hasn’t gained much from PE. Most members and newbies have gained at least 1” in 6 months of PE. I have read so many “glory moments” of newbies making 1”+ gain in less than 3 months.

This is frustrating.

I think you are getting lymph vessel clogging. I am very prone to it myself, but I learned how to "strip" them down immediately to unclog them. Now, when I get it, I can get rid of it in a couple seconds. If you let it stay clogged, the longer its clogged the harder it is to get them flowing again.

I was very prone to problems when I started, but have found how to get around all of them.

Lymph observations for pumpers and vacuum hangers This is a thread where I discussed it back in 05’. What I would add to that is you can get them from any PE. If you "strip" it down right away, its no problem. When you leave it for a while they tend to get more "solid". Take a look at the thread.

By the way, you aren’t the minority, it just seems like that because the guys that are gaining write in, and the guys that don’t, tend not to. I think Wads article is great, and is probably the way to go for you. Learn to strip down the lymph vessels when you see the "bumps" and you will do fine.

Thank you Sparky. I appreciate your encouragement and the suggested solution. I think you are correct about my sensitive unit in response to lymph buildup.

I would like to think that I am not the minority in the "hard-gainer" category. I am just frustrated with the results of my hard work, and these glory PE moments just make me feel worse about myself.

Imagine this situation. You study hours and hours for an exam because you feel that it is so important to you. But on the test day, you get a bad cold that inhibits you to perform at your highest level. It’s not like you didn’t put any effort into the test; the reality is that your body is sick and you can’t function at the level you want.

This is how I feel right now.

PS: I wonder if this is why "warm-down" is recommended to loosen up the veins for a proper lymphatic drain back to the system.
