Need a new routine

I started PEing in Nov 2009 and got about a 1/8 inch gain in length and girth. I started with the newbie routine for about 6 weeks then moved to mementos routine. I’ve been reading about hanging, ads and clamping. I’m ready to move on to a new routine but not sure where to start.

Stick with what is working if you are gaining. If you want to add something a little extra, try doing more of what you are doing now.Like hold your stretches for longer as well as jelqs.

Listen to AndyB123, stick with what you are doing, increase frequency and possibly intensity (don’t hurt yourself) increase time. Mix things up some.

Yes, hanging and pumping are also options, proceed with caution if you feel you and your dick are ready. You haven’t been actually exercising for a year yet, this takes time and lots of it. Patience grasshopper.

Sounds good. Ill try to up the frequency of my workouts until I reach the one year mark and take it from there.
