Natural growth for the youngsters
Myself as a younger guy (19 years) doing PE for a while now I´ve been thinking a lot about natural growth, for how long you can expect it and how to maximize it. Reading around on the internet the answers tend to vary, some people say that you should barely expect any growth after 15-16 when others claim that they grew naturally until ages like 24-25. So obviously it varies from each individual.
Would you guys believe that just healthy eating, a good amount of sleep and exercise is enough to maximize it? Should you PE or not?
Personally, I am making sure to sleep well and at the right hours, eat my vitamins and good food (maximize test and HGH) and do PE but only 1 day on 1 day off. Keep it moderate to “tease” the natural gains coming.
So am I naive? Should I just go full throttle instead and let go of this idea of natural gains? What are you guys opinions?
And I know that it has been discussed in previous threads, but I would appreciate if you guys wrote when you stopped growing naturally.
